The streets are shut and sidewalks locked down for President Joe Biden as he and Secretary Blinken make their way to the United Nations HQ in a large motorcade of extra security vehicles, with US Secret Service, White House Comms Agency, Diplomatic Security Service, NYPD and more providing a joint motorcade for both VIPs.
