Then fresh mozzarella cheese, another type of vegatables in oil. Then he had on one side big slices of provole cheese, filled with another type of mozzarella, then more vegatables in oil, grated parmesan cheese on top. Sprinkled with oilive oil. Then rocket. Rolled up and placed in pannini. One he made with slices of mortadella(Ham with pistachio). The others he made with prociutto wi=hich he placed oin top(how did he find room god knows). Then thin slices pollenta. Put tops back on and presto enjoy. Wonder how much each one was?
