Why Frustration and not Return? MUCH EASIER to use Return over Frustration because getting maximum friendship is easier than lowering it.

I am late but the reason is Ditto. Usually trainers run max happiness ditto or at least more than minimum. So when Ditto copies another pokemon, the power of return stays 105. But if a pokemon runs 0 happiness and frustration, most of the time when Ditto copies it, the power of frustration becomes very small.

Yes, but aerialate also strenghtens attacks it changes from normal to flying type attacks by additional 20%, which makes pokemon with this ability deal such high amounts of damage

Considering groudon's name was "Roar" it must have been a defensive set so his attack wasn't that high agaisn't an electrode with speed & tankiness investments + reflect

I'm not proud of my team. Stakataka- Gyro ball, stone edge, earthquake, trick room. Primarina- Sparkling Aria, Shadow Ball, Psychic, Moonblast. Whimsicott- Tailwind, substitute, moonblast, leech seed. Mega Blaziken- Flare Blitz, High Jump Kick, Protect, Earthquake. Naganadel- Draco Meter, Fire Blast, Sludge Bomb/Sludge wave idk, U-turn.
