This is a very beautiful home inside and out, you didn't focus on the outside shower near the pool chairs but from what i saw it was a nice touch i thank you for your tour of it, very good presentation as always🌹
Ioana Petecuta my only remark is the very very small walk-in closet for the master bedroom. My wife already has 4 times that! 😁😛. Maybe in that case we should just turn a room into a closet 😉
Gorgeous house, beautiful finishes, high ceiling in the living room is just perfect just need a chandelier, needs some interesting light features. Good marble choices. Very elegant.

First off; good job to the camera man. I know myself and others have given him a hard time in previous videos, but I give props to good work and he did a masterful job with this video shoot. As for the home presentation; she did a great job. I really like the way her entire showing seems so organic and not like she's reading from a script. She flows from room to room flawlessly. I mean, very impressive. As for the house; it's certainly way too many rooms for me (if I had the money). But it shows well. However, the master bedroom closet I feel was way to small. I would expect a lot more closet space. The kitchen was nice, but just nice. Nothing too spectacular I think. The views are great. It looks like every room has a good view of the outdoors. Over all the home is definitely for the rich and famous ....or maybe just the rich. :) Good job. Good job indeed. Cheers!
I'm an interior designer and I watch all of your videos. The fps of the videos shot is too low. Overall terrible video editing, terrible video recording and terrible video quality for reviewing a 4.5 million euro house. The guy does't even have a stabilizer and he's shooting with an iphone on hand! Please reinvest in your videos if you are trying to sell a 4.5 million euro mansion. It would be unfortunate to watch your reviews through bad video because you are reviewing some of the most amazing properties in Spain. Thank you

Fantastic property Ioana. May I suggest a tip ? You will have noticed that some rooms cause lots of reverb while you are talking. There is not much you can do about that during filming but in post-production you could use IzoTope RX8 to remove the reverb entirely. Hopefully more videos to come. Cheers!
I totally agree with you! This villa makes the perfect family home, would love to love in a property like this too! Amazing location, ample spaces, gorgeous pool and garden and the list can go on for ages 😅 I really like this property
The house is beautiful. However, the camera is unstable. I get dizzy everytime I watch this. The camera moves a lot. Also the video frames do not move smoothly, idk why.
It seems like a lot of house and huge garden for €4,500,000. The spaces are perfect, the layout is excellent. Apart from a cinema room it doesn't miss a thing.
I think thats paradise. I live here in Germany. No See, no Palms, nothing. Maybe in my next life i can buy a villa in Marbella and you are so beautiful Ioana.
As cool as this home is. Having that neighbors home right there looking into my backyard... I would refuse to buy it. I'd keep looking. Otherwise, it's quite nice.

I can recommend anybody to buy a house in Costa del Sol....it is just marvelous. The climate is perfect and the people very pleasant. Unfortunately I do not like this house.....not a fan of the beams in the plafond.

4.5?! Rip. Off. Its not just the sq ft that counts, thoughtful plush fixtures and fittings really do, this seems like an empty box, and that is not a 'chef's' kitchen! Get better for your money in London and thats saying something.

Yes, we agree with you. Some of the bedrooms could benefit with more decoration and that is the beauty of having a newly bought property that you can put your own stamp on it and decorate it to your tastes and standards.
It's simply just another white monolithic structure without a soul; and of which, there are tens of thousands on the Spanish coast. Not my cup of tea however one can understand the allure. She presents it in the best possible way.

The house is amazing. The view is fantastic. But the movement of the camera isn't a pleasure. You can see every step the camera men is going. Getting dizzy a bit. Maybe using a "gimbal" setup for the camera. Would be way more smooth. For example. And maybe some drone shots of the house and the garden area at night would be awesome. Instead of that the content of the video is pretty good. I love the hugh outside area a lot. Got a like on the video.
