Fantastic! Thanks for the following tips: 2 Lv50 shadows (Mamoswine and Mewtwo with Ice Beam), then place one mega ice pokemon to be coordinated with other trainers to get a continuous boost from megas, then the rest of the 3 slots to be filled with mamoswines.
@@ChrisP999 Frustration can only be removed during specific Rocket Takeover events, and we won't have one of those before Global Go Fest this coming weekend 😓 If you want to have that shadow Mamo be useful for these raids, then you'll need to unlock the 2nd move slot & put Avalanche in there
There’s also that Special Research going down Sunday on Global Go Fest (Day 2) for Mega Rayquaza. If I’m not mistaken, as well as a few extra meteorites, you can get all 400 energy needed for one Mega Evolution for one Rayquaza. (However, I do believe that one of the tasks is to do a Mega Raid, so I’m sure that we’re gonna have to do Mega Rayquaza Raids whether we like it or not.)
@@Dragonape12 Fourth Page in the Mega Rayquaza Research gives you all 400 energy needed in its rewards, but Page 2 requires you to do one Mega Raid. You’ll have to do a Mega Rayquaza Raid if you want to finish this research that day.
@@Dragonape12 it’s not 400 outright, rather it’s split up into 3 separate parts of the reward, two of which are on individual Researches, with the final part being part of the final reward; but yes, this page does give you 400 Mega Rayquaza Energy outright

One metiorite=one Mega-Rayquaza (if you have enough mega energy you can evolve the one unlimited times like a normal mega). You cant unlock dragon ascent(attack you get when giving Rayquaza a meteorite) with a elite tm. People with ticket get more meteorites but everyone has a chance to get one from a raid. Correct me if I got smth wrong pls.
Is raiding for mega rayquaza (or primal groudon and kyogre) worth it for a free to play player in light of the low mega energy received from each raid? Sounds like a minimum 5 raids for each in order to get enough mega energy to mega evolve.
How soon during global go fest will we be able to start getting the mega energy? Say I do a global discord raid on Saturday will I get the mega energy or do I have to wait till 10am on Sunday?
Does mega rayquaza die faster than mega salamence? I was getting one shot by mega salamence but was able to take him down with 2 friends. Thinking mega rayquaza is less tanky

Ok so I need some questions answered because 99% I won’t be able to raid Ray rays in person or even play at go fest for that matter due to upcoming exams so here goes; is it true there will be a special research for everyone ticket holder or not to get a meteorite? Also I read somewhere the same research will also reward the 400 required energy to mega evolve Ray Ray. Is this true? Lastly how much energy do mega Ray Ray raids give off? I read somewhere around 80 to 100 but I fear it will be less than that. Has anyone got less than 80? Could someone please enlighten me?
