Earlier this week, I ordered a box of random VHS tapes from ‪@CinemaSickness‬ ‘ Instagram store and I received it today. I paid around $80 for this package (it was listed at $25 but I also had to pay for shipping and I also sent CS a $10 tip). At the time I got the package, I had literally no idea what I was getting. I ended up getting a lot of obscure stuff and some surprises! Watch the video to find out what I got, and thank you, ‪@CinemaSickness‬ for sending these to me!

That’s a huge VHS haul there, so you finally got some Betamax tapes for your collection. I have about 40 Betamax tapes as of yesterday, the most recent one is my 1981 MCA Videocassette Inc. Betamax of MacArthur (1977 film starring the late Gregory Peck)

The only UK home media title I had was Harry Potter 8-film collection Blu-Ray, but luckily all 16 Blu-Ray discs still works on my portable Blu-Ray player.

10:09 - I have 2 original copies of this tape, one with the moaning sound only, the other with the WSOD with red bars, followed by static and the moaning sound. And I also have the Goldstar Video copy, which only has black screen until the tape ends.

Very interesting haul! I own Walkabout (one of the UK tapes you got) on Criterion Collection Blu ray and I have heard really interesting things about it and I am super excited to watch it! I also own Zelig and I think I may own the same exact release as you!

I used to watch Cinema Sickness videos- that was interesting? What did you think of Hamlet? I like it but sometimes it's hard to follow the dialogue. What dd you think of Inherit The Wind? I used to like it, but I researched how different it is from The Scopes Trial, and it seemed to just mock Christians. It's like God's Not Dead in reverse.

I respect your opinion on My Little Pony. I don’t really care for the old generations. I only love the Friendship is Magic show (Generation 4) the best. It’s the most popular one. That’s fine if you’re not a brony, but I still respect your opinion.

I have one betax tape it's willy wonka and the chocolate factory but I plan on getting rid of it I'm just trying to figure out who I'll send it to or if I'll list it on ebay
