Totally. He's grown on me alot when he joined Megadeth. His leads on this particular song are just plain amazing. So far for me... Poland>Friedman>Loureiro. He's really amazing.
Personally, I'm glad Dave and Metallica parted ways. We would never of had the best metal known to mankind. MEGADETH ....the greatest band to exist. Thanks Dave, you're the Man.
@@ironmaidenfa7434 "Megadeth will never be better than metallica!" Says the Iron maiden fan I see you are stuck at least 30 years in the past mate Let me tell you something There are fuck tonnes of new bands out there that shit on all these bands

Nightmare1532 but it's the fucking Grammys... the same Grammys that didn't let Rust in Peace, Hangar 18, Head Crusher win. I mean, Head Crusher, for fuck's sake. I really, really hope that Dystopia will them their first Grammy.
Cowntsikin i still dont understand why metallica has so many views at hardwired. i mean in comparison to dystopia, hardwired totally sucks, seems lifeless. maybe because metallica slowly transforms into a commercial band i guess?
Has anyone else noticed the little references to other megadeth albums? like when they launch the missile, it says. "the system has failed" and at the beginning of the video when vic highjacks a car, on the bumper, it says "so far, so good, so what?" or when theyre in a conference room with a holographic table, it shows a map, and on the map there is, "hanger 18", and when vic is in the car and on the speed dial, it says "super collider" I just thought that was really clever
References you might have missed 1:12 Risk 1:34 Super Collider 1:46 So far, So good, So what! 2:22 Hangar 16 (a reference to hangar 18) . Cryptic Writings on her head 2:26 Endgame 3:06 Hangar 18 3:08 (for a split second) The system has failed 3:21 Hangar 16 (a reference to hangar 18) & Hangar 18 on sign 2:32 United Abominations
Dave isn't doing very well right now (neither is Ozzy) they need our support and prayers more than ever, and if the worst should happen (God forbid) they have left behind such a rich and beautiful legacy of masterful music. As a fan, they have helped me through my darkest hours, and will always have my enduring admiration and respect.
They both lived through hell for years, I hope they could recover more future diseases. Dave have cancer-free now, but pray that Ozzy might recover from his Parkinson's.

yep remix....thing is ever since dave started remixing his old songs and making them new every one else started doing the same....if you notice the new metallica tracks they too have old remix riffs implemented into their new songs.

I was BLOWN AWAY by the quality of this album. Mustaine is always growing and never settling for mediocre. I have nothing but respect for such a brilliant musician. Kiko was a fantastic choice, his play style and note selection really made a lot of these songs standout.
Yeah you are right super collider was very brutal shit man, best album and not a bit mediocre. Dave Mustaine will take you higher like a Super Collider xDDDDDDDD
My dad introduced me as his loving band, and as soon as I heard the song I became a fan of them... And we headbanging while driving listening to their songs

*STOP COMPARING GUITARRISTS!* Chris Poland was an amazing guitarrist with an unreal clean playing Marty was simply an unique and amazing genius of a guitarrist with the skills to use his genius. Mixing melody with speed and revolutionizing guitar and setting up a new standard for metal guitar Chris Broderick Kiko picked up where Marty left and added a new depth of epicness to megadeth, mixing brasilian styles like bossa nova and samba with power metal
Al Pitrelli was pretty phenomenal in his live performances, although he was not on a studio album. When I bought Rude Awakenings I was hesitant because I am a Marty fan, but he killed every performance.
Holy shit I was about to write a comment about that, but thought "nah, I must be the only one thinking that..." It seems I ain't! After checking it up, the beginning sounds (to me) like Mega man X3 - Opening Stage. :)
I took my 12 year old son to hi s 1st concert in may for his birthday. it was megadeth in Sioux Falls. I've seen them a few times, but never seen them play holy wars. they did that night, and I got to lose my damn mind with my son.
i mean ofc it's not something special and it's deffinitely not as good as the older albums, but it's definitely better than hardwired. it's not special but it's a good song. pretty good.
Ive been a megadeth fan for many year. Lows and highs. THis song is fuckin fantastic, i like the album, but this song in particular really kicks ya in the nuts. Love it.
I don't understand why anyone could call it bad. It's the best Megadeth in years and the best classic metal since maybe the 90s. How many bands still sounded this good 32yrs after forming?
***** i'm not riding any hate. i like both megadeth and metallica. in fact when i was a kid and i was introduced to metallica for the first time i didn't know megadeth existed cause i was a kid and i just started to listen to metal. only later i discovered megadeth. i started on acdc, whitesnake, van halen and black sabbath and then i slowly started to discover other bands. so i was never a mega fan first hating on metallica. and to be honest when i remember how they made st. anger, how they sold out and how they made a bad ass song but named it lame like lords of summer" like wtf, i didn't expect too much of this album (hardwired) and when they put their first 3 songs on youtube (hardwired, atlas rise and moth into the flame) i was sceptical and i really didn't like it. moth was ok, but when i heard the rest of the album i understood that the album was actually really great and i really love the rest of the songs. these 3 are still not my faves, but i do like them more.

I have been listening to the Album Dystopia alot [2 years now]! Is it only me or are Mustaine's vocals new and improved? Also! Who is hyped for their upcomimg 2019 release?
a cada dia fica difícil ver um metal assim, simplesmente por conta do público metaleiro, valorizem esse tipo de música que está a cada vez mais raro de ver, essa música era pra ter no mínimo 30 milhões de visualizações.
I once heard their reccord Holy Land long before Kiko became a 'Deth member and it literally blew me away. That's a really impressive work they did ! Never heard something so perfectly done and also exotic at the same time. Brazilians are not into football only. They know how to make really good music.
Man, this is such a solid and tight album. It features brilliantly composed songs, it has its own unique vibe, it pays homage to the rich Megadeth heritage, and still sounds and feels fresh nonetheless. I know this is a cliche that gets thrown around quite often and rather mindlessly, but I think this album truly is an instant classic. Such a good effort. Really proud of these guys.
@@maxotto9877 most diehard Megadeth fans don't. Hard to read through the comments on Megadeth videos without seeing the constant Metallica bashing. I agree and love both though \m/
Same here. I love both bands. I dunno why some fans keep comparing them like who's better at the same time discrediting the other. Just enjoy both, its more fun that why.
I always felt that The threat is real, dystopia(Megadeth), vengeful one(disturbed) and spit out the bone(metallica) is on the same post apocalyptic cinematic universe.

Haven't listened to Megadeth for many years until I "newly" discovered Rust in Peace (again) on my record shelf, and since then had a massive relapse into their music. I ordered Dystopia last weekend and cannot wait for the vinyl to arrive.

Scotland passed a 'hate speech law' and Ireland passed a 'thought crime law' recently. this song becomes more fitting by the day, same with Michael Jackson's They Don't Really Care About Us, War Pigs by Black Sabbath, Crazy Train by Ozzy.
Unfortunately, most people will only realize this is bad once it has taken root to the point where it is impossible to remove. Ignorance is at an all-time high
Not only is that ridiculous, but any infringement on freedom is such a slippery slope. Politicians and those in power can and will take advantage of that once the door is open. China for example
There was a time I was a Metallica fanboy. Then I graduated HS and realized they were just a popular gateway into a wonderful world of metal. But nothing has yet topped Rust in Peace...
@@kaitlynvermeesch630 I respect your opinion! Imo, I definitely PREFER MEGADETH 100 times over! The guitar work, the singing, etc... metallica always just sounds the same. Boring to me. Still okay, don't get me wrong, but MEGADETH is FAR SUPERIOR IN EVERY ASPECT TO ME!
