Yo dude, whats up??? That feeling you were talking about means your caught. Pretty much every thrash or metal concert you go to gives you that feeling for an hour or two straight. Your a metal head dude. Embrace it and start hitting some concerts. Too bad slayer retired this year. I saw them 11 times and everytime was the most insane feeling ive ever had. Check out.Lamb of God, something To Die For. Youll dig it
Is a Great Song, but i don't Think That. I Think Dyers Eve, Fight Fire With Fire, Damage Inc from Metallica are good ones too, but for me the best Thrash Metal song is Disposable Heroes
dirt man remastered sounds cleaner but it takes away from a lot of the personality of the song, pretty much the whole problem with So Far So Good So What remastered, you can easily hear the difference on Into The Lungs of Hell
*Good mourning black friday* - Megadeth is my personal favorite. *Wake up Dead* has my favorite guitar solo of all time. And the Most popular Megadeth song, is probably *Peace Sells* this one has awesome lyrics.
Are we twins? Hahahaha My favourite from Deth is Set the world afire, but musically is GMBF as you said, is like a fucking OST. And the solo from Wake up dead gets me mad. I remember a dude came to give me problems one day at the street and I was just listening to that solo on my headphones.... i just started to laugh and invited him to go away and reach his home safe as I perfectly knew the dude was about to die hahahaha. Its just ans insane solo.
I've been getting into Megadeth the past couple of months. This track has been on my playlist over and over again. Cool to see a video breaking it down a bit and seeing the lyrics to it as I haven't been paying too close attention to them. This song is legit.
Megadeth is got a bunch of Kick-Ass songs you've got architecture of aggression, high-speed dirt, ashes in your mouth, captive honour, The Conjuring, Same album you were listening to, breadline very good song, promise, La tuot lamond, and foreclosure of a dream youthanasia, victory... And the list goes on and on and on and on and on been listening to Megadeth since I was 17 I'm 46 now I haven't listened to a lot of their latest stuff but from the beginning the band Megadeth has been a Powerhouse and still is
+Zodijackyl Bruuuhhhh.....have you ever listened to freaking 'Good Mourning Black Friday' ? Megadeth is just one of those bands who has so many great songs that countless gems become under-rated and get much lesser recognition than they should.
Double FotyFo I love the lyrics to both Peace Sells and GM/BF but I think their best lyrics are in Addicted To Chaos (in the personal sense) and in Hook In Mouth (in the "rant" sense).
Can't thank you enough for this. One of the most understated tracks they put out and you're the first to run it, that's why you rule and we keep the faith. God Bless.
Those chugging rhythm guitars of Mustaine and Poland are like listening to a meat grinder mounting a nail gun that just lost its virginity to a cement mixer(r) . Epic production and to this day the thrash on this release is some of the most memorable pieces captured in the studio. That ending coda with the "next victim" still gives me chills. DAMN SON- FINISH HIM indeed.
I remember, back in '88, I got the Peace sells Picture Disc by mailorder. When it arrived I immediatly listend to it in a whole. I was totally blown away. I recorded it to tape, which didn't leave my Walkman for 8 weeks at least. Memories :)
Great to see hip-hop guys like you getting into classic metal stuff. I started as a complete metal-head and slowly learned to appreciate hip-hop and electronic music.... Never limit yourself to only one genre, or mainstream radio-friendly stuff.... Huge respect broza. Subscribed.
Tornado Of Souls, Take No Prisoners, Good Morning Black Friday. The complete albums of Rust In Peace, Peace Sells But Whos Buying, and Killing Is My Business, And Business Is Good all are great in their entirety.
For me best ones are. Rust in polarise Ashes in your mouth Wake up dead Tornado of souls (best solo in metal history) Kick the chair Licerita Megadeth rules!!
Sorry to break it to ya, but.. "Tornado of souls (best solo in metal history)" does not have the best solo.. It's good! Real good! But mostly melodic and long. Not the most technical or soulful. And for me technical and soulful has precedence before melodic and long everyday of the week. And the most soulful, soul tingling sound, takes the crown in my book. So what Solo above all else gives me that pure feeling and experience.. Well there's really only one out there.. So far, so good.. So what! - Set the world afire - The solo at the end.. And still to this day, nothing really comes close. And I say that after hearing it, probably close to 500 times. I will admit though, that for quite a while, back when I was discovering Megadeth at the age of 11-14, my favorite solo was also the one in "Tornado of souls", with "set the world afire" as a close second.
@@Superknullisch you might not agree but many people will, also, I said ''for me'' not for everyone. Either way, Megadeth rules, have an awesome day :)
Tornado Of Souls, Rust In Peace... Polaris, Lucretia, Diadems, Addicted To Chaos, Train Of Consequences, Trust... these songs are pretty close to Holly Wars.
Skip these "Diadems, Addicted To Chaos, Train Of Consequences, Trust" and add a lot more from their first four albums, which are the only really good ones.. then you might be on to something.😉
i love pretty guitar arpeggios as you do, the mellow parts into heavy metal are amazing, in this cases always or nearly. Sorry but my poor level of english King KTF, but i need to write this things. Amazing reactions man !!!
The fury and rage of Mustaine's solos are incomparable - this song shows no doubt as to how much he shaped Metallica's early sound. And in the verses, the way the guitars hold the root and the bass is actually playing the melody - pure genius.
I grew up with MeGaDeTh! My all time favorite song of MeGaDeTh is WAKE UP DEAD!!!! The solos, drums and groove in the song are phenomenal (you'll know what I mean when you listen to it). It is a MUST listen! I like the whole Peace Sells album. Their most popular and great songs are Holy Wars, Tornado of Souls and Hangar 18. Wake up Dead is a great song.
Best Megadeth songs Good mourning, Black Friday Wake up dead Post American World Trust A tout le monde Symphony of destruction Megadeth has soo many, but in my opinion any of these I’ve mentioned are can’t miss
As a HUGE Metallica fan, a big fan of Megadeth... I’ve never heard this song before. I’m gonna listen to it for my first time along with you. You’ve officially taken over the way I listen to music. 😂
DMX - READY TO MEET HIM You'll appreciate it. The prayer in the beginning speaks volumes. Make sure you react to the longer version with the prayer. It sets the mood perfectly.
My man, check out some Kick The Chair by Megadeth. Mean, complex guitar, harmonized solos, and some intense drums. Might not be as on point as Holy Wars but it's got that same energy.
I was slipping... I haven't que'd this ten minutes of "face-rippin-ass-kickery" up in a very long time. Glad I clicked on this. I hurt my neck already, but I needed this
I don't know who the fuck put you on to such a deep cut, but you owe them a goddamn drink. This is a masterpiece. A song written about Russian roulette, and musically perfect. Good work, my dude.
Also "tornado of souls," Lucretia," Train of consequences, " Victory" and if you want to hear some instrumentals by them there is "Into the lungs of hell," absolution, "silent scorn," "Dialectic Chaos," "Concur or die." All great stuff!
Going to suggest that you do the Rare 'Family Tree' song by Megadeth. A lot of people overlook that song and I doubt there's many reactions on it. Regardless great video. ALSO this song is banned from concerts. They aren't allowed to preform that song.
They played it 2018 in helltest ....why does it should be not allowed to be performed anymore? And I agree, Family Tree is one of the best ]V[EGADET]-[ songs. 😜🤘
Yeah mate, great song. I'm glad you felt the ending my man. Respect from Oz I remember hearing this as a a 12yr old through my shitty walkman. Blew my mind
1 song? I can't do that, but Good Mourning/Black Friday, Wake up Dead, The Conjuring, Tornado of Souls, Five Magics, Rust in peace, Ashes in your Mouth are all great Megadeth songs. It's even better with a good set of headphones like Pink Floyd(Wish You were Here) and Tool(46&2)are. I mean the kind that cover the ear, not the buds! Speaking of buds, smoke a big one, turn it up and enjoy!
Good Morning Black Friday is one of the best metal songs ever, you will love it. Its off Peace Sells. Tons of amazing guitar work, goosebumps for days. I promise. Trust me.
Hey King KTF, the best, most elaborate Megadeth song is probably Good Mourning/Black Friday, which takes alot of crazy twists and turns, and is pretty damn heavy. Some other recomendations you might get over this are Hangar 18, Take No Prisoners, (probably the rest of Rust In Peace, as well), and maybe Peace Sells, or In My Darkest Hour, however, I think Black Friday might be better to react to than those for both it's frenetic intensity mixed with some of the simultanously cheesiest and most awesome lyrics of all time, as well as it being not widely-reacted to (yet). So yeah, there ya go.
Everyone kicks ass as usual but the instrument that actually blows it out of the water for me in this song is the bass. That lick during the verses is just delicious, not to mention the all around badassery of the rapid fire playing throughout
Man it is sooo hard to say which Megadeth song is my favourite. Impossible, i'd say. I can tell my 3 top albums by them tho:Rust in Peace(best thrash metal album ever imo, and it's arguably at the top)Peace Sells and Killing is my Bussiness, in that order. I will leave a few suggestions anyways:Take no Prisoners(original version please, remastered is a lot worse, believe me xD), Five Magics, The skull beneath the skin, Good mourning/Black friday, The Conjuring... Man, to be honest, this entire 3 albums are pure gold, even keeping in mind the group changed members between them. Just incredible.
Nice I was the first juicy like I love your channel man keep up the good content I love your intro so much too much love man !!! Hope you've had a blessed day too 🗣💕❤️😎
That is an amazing song! It'll never get the credit it deserves because of the subject matter, but that is fucking poetry right there, incredible writing.
Megadeth songs that can hang with Holy Wars: 5 Magics Go to Hell Rust in Peace (Polaris) Take No Prisoners Ashes in your Mouth (this song has a different vibe from Holy Wars, but you will feel it in your soul)
Please react to the album rust In peace beginning to end, i guarantee you’ll have to throw In a “whoopsie” drop for the first time. You’ll enjoy every minute as will we. It’s cathartic to see someone experiencing something and reacting with the same enthusiasm when I first heard it. Pure appreciation and joy❤️🤘🏻
Try their song *Peace sells but who's buying.* This sends an important message to what's been going on in the world, even today and it's got a good groove with the bass in the beginning :-)
Peace Sells but Who is Buying. Architecture of Destruction, Hanger 18, Trust, Secert Place, High Speed Dirt, and Sweating Bullets: all are amazing Megadeth songs.
Okay. You want a song from Megadeth to love as well? Try these: Five Magics Wake Up Dead Mary Jane Tornado of Souls Sweating Bullets (with its amazing videoclip as well if you want) Back In the Day (this song was featured in an episode of Duck Dodgers were they revived Mustaine and he played it in a space gig to destroy the enemy alien ships with the thunder created from the music)
Best Megadeth song, holy wars, hangar 18, take no prisoners, blackmail the universe, loved to death, wake up dead, liar, reckoning day, in my darkest hour, high speed dirt, live album "blood in the water"resume it all
i love how you get the Metallica and Megadeth classic feelings. Your are reacting as i did around 20 years ago when i listen this music for the first time. So positive and open ears
Hey King. I hope you see my comment. I'm a massive Megadeth and heavy metal fan in general. I own all of Megadeth's albums and have been to multiple Megadeth concerts. In my opinion they have great songs on all of their albums from 1985 to today. Off the top of my head some songs you might like that I really dig would be possibly "She-wolf" off 1997's Cryptic Writings, "Of mice and men" off 2004's The system has failed, "1,000 times goodbye" off of 2001's The World needs a hero, "44 minutes" off of 2009's Endgame, "Public enemy no. 1" off of 2011's Thirteen, "Headcrusher" again off of Endgame, "Prince of Darkness" off of 1999's Risk, Track 8 and 12 off of 1994's Euthanasia (can't think of the names right now), Track 8 off Cryptic Writings is creepy as fuck, "Tears in a Vial" off The System has failed album is a beautiful song and Kick the Chair is an ass kicker. Honestly you can't go wrong with any song off the first 4 Megadeth albums. Everything off the first 4 records is solid as fuck. My least favorite albums are probably 1992's Countdown to Extinction (Though it is a very popular record), 1999's Risk, 2011's 13, and 2013's Super Collider. There's also a side project record that Dave Mustaine did in the mid 90's called MD45 that has some really good stuff on it too. Also, before I forget 2007's United Abominations has a lot of cool stuff including the title track and "Washington is next". I hope this helps you.
