Hi Vlad....greetings from Houston. This site in Illyria is so interesting. It just like other places with beautiful nicely fitting megaliths at the bottom and later hastily man made smaller blocks at the top. Those wore away and crumbled with time and wars. The megaliths will be the only thing left standing one day. That's the power of a master builder, one who knows to build on the rock foundation and not the sinking sands. Great presentation as always Vlad. THANK YOU so much! Your vids are the best!

These slides so clearly show how they reused the much older megaliths. Bravo! Thanks for posting! Really does look like inca walls in peru! The signature polygonal large stone work could indicate that the same people did this as did the ones in Peru and elsewhere. The curved wall at 23:19 immediately made me think of the curved wall at Machu Michu.

The smaller rocks are the size a man today can carry. How big would a man need to be to carry the megalithic rocks? How strong would the tootles need to be to cut the shape and cut the rocks?

The later work appears to have been accomplished in a hurry, possibly by a few battalions of soldiers - who were soldiers, and not stone masons. ;) The fort appears to have been rebuilt several times over the eons.

Very similar structures in Italy not far from Rome but much much older than Roman empire or even the Etruscans-places like Arpino,Anagni there must have been a related Mediterranean culture that built these.
