Megalo Strike Back was an unused song from a custom Earthbound EP by Toby "Radiation" Fox, that was later planned for use in Undertale. Which never happened.

Better than the other Megalo Strike Back remix this guy did, the guitar sounded a bit crusty. This song sounds quite epic and I don't mind it being short so as long its good. Also people make this song as if its part of Undertale so I like it even better that way. But what I DO mind therefore I find quite distasteful is that... fan art of Chara. Damn it what's with the bad side of Undertale anyway? I stay at the good side of Undertale fandom but things like that picture is not necessary at all. Anyway... this gets no thumbs up or down because the song is good, picture presentation... DESPICABLE.
