It's a darn shame that the full game of maverick hunter x was not included in the x legacy collection 1 only the day of sigma movie but I'm guessing that's due to the poor sales of maverick hunter x and mega man powered up.
+Josh Dillon (Josh Plays Old Games) An unmodded psp can lag pretty bad with this game. You could play it without lag on a ps vita, an emulator, or by modding your psp.
+Josh Dillon (Josh Plays Old Games) Mega Man powered up was the same way, it was actually pretty hard if you played it at 333mhz, and some custom stages were unplayable because it wasn't designed to be ran at full speed (strangely)
+Tech “Nika” Core Most of the earlier psp games were meant to run lower to save battery since the optical drive could chew through a charge really quickly.
Cool! Here's my Toy Story Cast Mario as Woody Luigi as Buzz Lightyear Peach as Bo Peep Yoshi as Rex Wario as Mr. Potato Head Isabella as RC Mona (Warioware Series) as Mrs. Potato Head Waluigi and Donkey Kong as Hamm Koopa Troopa as Slinky Dog Toad as Alien Daisy as Jessie Toadette as Bullseye Bowser Jr as Sid Phillips Bowser as Stinky Pete King Boo as Evil Zurg Toffee as the Lotso
What's with the black rectangles though? Hm... at any rate, it's neat that the Hadoken doesn't require falling into the pit over and over again this time, because that was just ridiculous. Also, giving the Sigma stages separate icons is neat. I'm assuming it doesn't remove your progress through them when you turn off, this time.
I don't know why but I loved the part at boomer kawanger's stage where he just started shooting to the beat of the song edit:why is there a huge grey box on enemies when they turn invisible?
I remember I got this game on ps plus on my vita from the free psp games years ago and played the hell of this game to the point where I speed ran it in under an hour each time
Down, Forward, Square - PSP: MM Maverick Hunter X, PS2: MMX Collection, PS4: MMX Legacy Collection Vol.1 Down, Forward, Y - SNES Down, Forward, X - Xbox One: MMX Legacy Collection Vol.1 (Note: You can only do it if your health meter is full)
Just wanna say that for starters, don't get me wrong. The game looks awesome (besides the black boxes) and sounds amazing. I just have 1 problem with it. I know I'm probably not the only one to ask this, but why are the upgrades in different spots?
You guys are nostalgia blind as fuck this version is miles better than the SNES version its much cleaner, runs at 60 fps, and has voice acting that isn't terrible. Honestly a really great remake
how old were you when you played this? perhaps it is you who is nostalgia blind. this game looks like it was made on 1/10th the budget of the SNES version. pixel art ain't cheap to produce. these 3D environments... on the other hand...
pigster01 Making 3D environments looking good is as hard as making 2D pixels good. when drawing pixel graphics the limitation comes from it's size and color choices, and 3D is free from this but now you have to render the every aspects of objects, not just a plane paper. The reason why 3d remakes of 2d classic usually look bad is just because they didn't put much effort on graphics.
+Lorenze Tanglao The buster shot did that much because I dashed as I did it, kinda like the dash bug in the original x. It only works on the ground for some reason. Charging the buster is to be able to hit the boss while jumping.
