That moment when you realize... Blade Armor's Giga Crash is the Z-Saber Shot from Megaman X3. (And then you realize that said armor has 4-way Air Dashes like the X3 Armor, and that this armor is one huge Megaman X3 reference)
Up to both games having X wield the Z-Saber because of Zero's absence (in X3, Zero got destroyed by a mid-boss in the second Doppler stage; in X6, he disappeared as a nightmare resembling him was present, picking up from X's ending in X5 if Zero didn't go Maverick)
Max Armor can't dash downwards though (but I don't think there is really a practical purpose to it anyway). Also Blade Armor sadly doesn't have the defensive shield and the item radar as well.
@@SonnyFRST Haha, I see, didn't intend to do that to ya haha, although nonetheless I still consider both the Max and Blade armors very cool in their own regards.
0:28 "HADOKEN" in a rapid, high-pitched voice 2:44 Based on Chun-Li's Kikosho, fitting as Street Fighter attacks also appeared in some games in the X series 2:59 Although Harpuia is believed to be based on the Falcon Armor for their flight-like capabilities, this might be the basis for his Sonic Boom shockwave attack, as both he and the Blade Armor use sabers for combat 3:27 Reappeared as Overdrive Invoke System in ZX's Four Guardian Biometals including Model O
Shinji’s actress recorded the Hadouken sound clip in X1. EDIT: apparently about a year ago it was comfirmed that she did NOT do the sound clip, instead it was a random Capcom employee.
Wack. X's voice actually changed plenty in Japanese: X4 he was played by Kentaro Ito (Renji from Bleach) X5 to X7 he was played by Showtaro Morikubo (Yosuke from Persona 4 and P4A) X8 onwards he was played by Takahiro Sakurai (Cloud from FFVII. You can hear the Japanese voice in Smash)
KRT I'm Brazilian and my English is not good, I speak in Portuguese, you maybe can translate? A ultimate armor é muito interessante ela possue o Shoryuken.
I admit the best ones in my opinion of X's true divine punishing power stand out as: 3:02 Giga Crash (it may look basic but I guess this is one excuse why X wasn't exactly the "mainframe" of X7... for if he unleashes it on a boss even slightly injured, it's a PUNISHING blow! I was so happy to have X back in the rig once I unlocked him back in X7!) Also I never get enough of Ultimate Armor Nova Strike! Well it's a double edged sword but mostly in X's favor lol! I hate the way there's a cooldown time on X8 for his Nova Strike but I can understand why; power UP, rate DOWN... but looking back here at this... that's one hell of a power-up for it!
X8 Nova Strike absolutely decimates anything, a worthy reward for 100%ing X and making him overpowered by the end of X8, despite balancing issues with your team.
A Double Mega Buster, just like X's Double Charge Shots from X2 and X3 except it is harder and riskier for the classic Mega Man to do so as he is less developed than X
nah its actually accurate cause reploid is basically 2 words merged replica and android hence they are copies of x only difference is that x had his program to be good for not being able to go maverick, and plus he has that "unlimited potential" and plus robot masters existence was wiped by unknown reason so it was named reploid's
Hyper Charge is a Giga Attack, it's an extra weapon and charges gauge taking damage like any other giga attack. The difference it's not a single full power attack like others armors and you have to upgrade with Arm Chip or Hyper Chip (Golden Armor)
Sure. In X4 there is an in game cheat that allows you to acquire the ultimate black giga armor that allows X to unleash unlimited giga attacks with no energy loss. Since its not a code cheat or game shark code break it should technically count as a legitimate giga attack since the giga attacks from x1,2,3 were also in game cheats that required some unique combination of obsticals overcome to acquire it.
1:46 como puchas tenia el z saber si estaba en el primer nivel de la fase de sigma.. Para los que no lo sepan el Z Saber se consigue en el segundo nivel de la fase de sigma de megaman x3 Lóoóooooooooooooooooool
@@sphereoffice7789 As long as you haven't defeated all 8 maverick stages, you can put off finding him and defeating him with the right weapon. This isn't like MMX2, where if you don't defeat the x-hunter while they are in the stage they are gone forever and that they never appear in stages you completed. Vile's teleporter will be open in the three stages it is hidden in until the Doppler stages open up, regardless if you beat the level they are in or not.
The Ultimate Armor's Shoryuken in X8 was technically its equivalent of the Icarus Armor's damaging high jump and doesn't do as much damage as the Nova Strike
X never had a Tatsumaki Senpuukyaku as an easter egg in X3 as with the Hadoken in X1 and Shoryuken in X2; instead, he had the Z-Saber as his optional, most powerful attack Although his Nova Strike functions like a Tatsumaki in which it is an Air Dash attack that deals multiple hits And a fact: In Rockman X Dive, X can be seen using the Tatsumaki in his third armor as an easter egg if you switch between X in that armor and another character four times
