i love the fact that zero was created by Wily (Megaman X4 cut-scene) to destroy X who is an upgraded more mature version of Megaman who caused Wily so much grief and determination for X's elimination.

I used to love this game back in the day. Funny thing in the vid though: 6:52, when the General is addressing the Repliforce, he tells them about starting the "Reploid Utopia", and leaving humans. Half of the Repliforce is like "YAH!", but then you can hear the other half going, "NOOOOO!". Classic Nazi Germany moment there.

That's what makes it funny, considering it was from the actual game. And when I play the game (X4) I can't help but to laugh at how the colonel's voice doesn't quite match the voice he has when you fight him. But then again all I heard then was, "HYAA, HUHH, HAHH...ENERGY BREAKER!"

Too bad he didn´t put the X4´s opening theme.

Also, it's revealed in X4 that Zero was once a maverick, as revealed by the fight cutscene between him and Sigma.

Almost everything that died in a cut-scene in Megaman X4 bled. XD

I think that scene was a nightmare that Zero was having about Dr. Wily (his creator) telling him to destroy X (Dr. Light's [Wily's rival] creation). That could be a split second image of a very damaged/destroyed X on the ground. The shock of which image causes Zero to wake up. Don't know for sure, but its a sound theory I think.

Double's voice always makes me laugh, at first I thought he would have a voice like chill penguin but I stand corrected... XD

.....and decided to keep him in the capsule till the best moment for X and the humanity arrive, because of the battle X lost all his memories same zero.

Actually all those repoloids are members of Gamma's Unit that Zero single handedly wiped out. This is mentioned in part 1 of this film when Sigma asks the three hunters stationed outside the building that Zero was in. Sigma: Where's that Red Maverick that wiped out Gamma's unit? Hunter: Inside...He's inside that door!

Its not shown here, because at the time I did not think of it, but after the General met with Sigma, Magma Dragoon, under Sigma's orders, blew up the Sky Lagoon, a space colony . Iris was stationed there. Zero saved her from the giant Maverick Dragon Eregion.

there are 2 theories about the transition from rockman classic series to X series... the 1st is: due to the power of bass, Dr. Light creates a mix of bass and rockman. that's X. who has power 3 times greater than bass' and increased capability to act on his own. as all robots of Willy are destroyed he steals the plans of Light. and builds Zero, who destroys all 3. The 2nd... rock, bass, and proto get lost somewhere, and Dr. creates X AND Zero. A Wily's robot takes Zero. Zero kills it when awake

What I hate about the X2-4 was when u got a cool fight with sigma,it'd just become target practice with a floating head :/

Actually they are different. According to the source books, X is 5'3 weighs about 160 lbs and has the starting mentality of a 15-16 year old with the ability to mature. Megaman is about 4'1'' has the mental capacity of a 10 year old human but does not have the ability to mature.

Actually the proper term is DNA data, which I would gather is the signature code of a reploid. When thought of in this light, the concept is not illogical. However, there are other illogical things in the series, no question.

@misawaalexandre Like I said I do see a bit of a combonation of bots in X. He has Dou's power fist ability, Bass's power, and multi-directional shots, and a bit of Protomans free thinking personality. FYI: In the same game I mentioned earlier Protomans ending states that he has a sever power core curciutry problem. I have a feeling that after he died Dr. Light downloaded his personality. And somebody else came along and reprogrammed/rebuilt his lifeless body into Vile.

@Gojiranight101 the game "The day of Sigma" explains sigma's evolution from good to evil and why he hated x and despised zero and also all the thing with vile and zero's first destruction (like the first x game, he grabs vile so x could shoot him) after fighting all sigma's buddies (chill penguin, storm eagle, flame mamooth boomerang kwager, sting chameleon, etc), x fights vile and zero is destroyed then he fights sigma and beats him, destroying his body and taking, but not using, his saber

@seiya209 That is known as the cataclysm theory: the idea that Zero killed everyone in the classic world. But according to Keji Inafune (the creator of megaman) , this theory is false. Megaman never fought Zero.

@Gojiranight101 in x2, x's main mission is to take back zero's body parts so he fights three powerful enemies - dont remember names - besides the 8 bosses (ostrich, gator, sponge, etc) so when x finally has to face sigma in a new body (the sigma that has claws) he has a copy of zero and u have to fight it if u didint take all zero's parts back, but if u did, the real zero appears and destroys the fake zero so x fights sigma and beats him again

I think the scene with Dr. Wily ordering Zero to attack X was actually a flashback.... in which case, the scene should have been in part 1 and not here.

@Gojiranight101 ill tell u what i know -or what i believe- in the beggining, zero fights sigma cuz he (zero) was a created as a maverick by dr. willy (the very first megaman's enemy) Willy implanted a virus in zero (known as the Zero virus in the x5 game), so zero was evil and when he fought sigma and sigma beated him, sigma ordered to check out zero or something like that. So the Zero virus came into Sigma and he became evil. Time passed and Zero became X's best friend and a maverick hunter

@Gojiranight101 playing as x, u have an assistant named double (the yellow fat guy) in the end, double reveals his real identity and fights you. playing as zero, u fight iris transformed into a maverick cuz she didint want zero to fight her brother, she finally dies and tells zero she loves him or something like that. both x and zero have to fight the colonel ion the end and also fight the general and reaper sigma. finally, sigma escapes again

One question. The liquid coming out of the reploids in zero's beginning and Double's Massacre, is it some kind of very red liquid or blood? Look, I know that the reploids were built to look, act and think like us, but this is ridiculous. Putting that kind of stuff in a kid's game as if they were humans. It freaked me out the first time I saw that. So, any ideas?

Digital Neural Anatomy, Reploids memory banks, data and skills, if you take that you will be able to create better designed reploids based on other ones or similar copies, like to the 4 guardians or the entery Reploid race

@misawaalexandre Actually in the arcade game "MegaMan 2: The Power Fighters" In Bass's ending it clearly states that Zero was being built by Wily as a robot more powerful than all of them. The only thing I am not sure about is whether Dr. Light started X before Wily started Zero. I do have my own theories of how X came to be. I believe Dr. Light took the best aspects from quite a few robots and combined them into MegaManX. I can see a bit of Protoman, Bass, and Duo in him.

I don't think that's their fault though XD it's the voice-acting for me, :P I can't take them seriously anymore, XD the first cutscenes with the awesome acting were beyond epic and now it's making me laugh so hard because the actors are so terrible :P

sorta right, wily made zero to kill mega man, who went bad, then x had to destory him but it wasn't the end of zero. mega man x 2 i think he made a reapperance.

@Gojiranight101 then in x-3 comes this part (doppler's buddies), doppler was supposedly neutralizing the dangerous reploids, but he was actually recruiting them and reconstructing sigma. So now u have x and zero (zero has sigma's saber) but u only play with x defeating all dopplers buddies (dont remember names) and fighting a not completely reconstructed sigma and finally beting him, but he escapes...as always

@Gojiranight101 in x4 u can play as x or zero but cant switch them if u play as x, u can get the capsules dr. light left x and upgrape your armor to Fourth Armor (the one u start with in x5) "idontrememberitsname" city is destroyed by a maverick hunter known as dragoon in the explosion many reploids nd people die. by playing as zero, u rescue iris, colonel's sister, so he cant touch zero, but he wants to stop repliforce from making a repliod city cuz he knows it will onkly cause trouble

megaman and x are the same guy, X was rebuilded after the batle with zero in the last part of the history of classic megaman series, this history can know it only the ppl that now have 30 years old and followed all the megaman games, arcade,nes,machines on game centers with original games of megaman, but much of that game machines that tell the history of megaman,zero and X doesnt exist today.u will see the history on the future games of capcom.

that are things i'd like to know about megaman that aren't well explained... how do Dr. Light know Alia? in X5 when you get the 1st capsule, Light says to X: what's her name, Alia right? ask her to upload... also in X5, Sigma says he has a partner who also hates X that built his battle body. Who is that? the transition from X series to Zero's should end at X5, there are 2 endings. Zero dies and X don't remember him later. Zero dies and X appears holding his saber. what's the link to Zero series?

@BigLumpyTool perhaps Dr. light "rebuilt" rockman, he did improve him making X. with Zero is the same. Willy improved him. and Bass who most think not having "improved" character, if this theory is right (not really sure about that) Axl IS the improvement of Bass. think again... no one knows the origin of Axl. he is a prototype built by someone unknown... that may be the answer. even with X6, X7 and X8 not being part of the real Keiji Inafune's storyline

@Gojiranight101 in x5, sigma attacks the space colony Eurasia by sending Dynamo, his new "Vile" Dynamo is extremely powerful and kinda hard to beat with X but Zero kicks his ass. if u choose x, ull get the fourth armor and zero will lose his blaster. if u choose zero, x will lose his armor, so ill suggest u to start with x. u are sent to investigate something in the city, in the end, u find out that sigma is back and has beaten zero/x making him lose his blaster/armor
