X: What's the deal with Sigma? He's already been resurrected 9 separate times and the past few times he's been putting less effort into new bodies. The 7th rebuild looked like a zombie while the last one was literally just a few pieces of sheet metal thrown together. *laugh track* Zero: At least he wasn't the plot twist villain last time. Axl: Yeah. We had to fight the over-religious femboy that's currently sealed in my head. He still prays to Reploid God every night when I'm trying to get some shuteye. Lumine: I'm not a damned femboy! *laugh track* X gesturing to Lumine: I think you & Illumina would get along great. Oh wait, I killed her. *disappointment track*
@@daneelaart I still stand by my statement even after five years - part of the charm from mmx ost was the sound hardware limitation. You must agree that the psx x3 ost is closer in tone to x4 and x5
Guys. Doppler was NOT as menacing as Wily or Sigma. He was a fluke, a fake so when you guys are saying there needed to be a mean sinister song, no. This song is fine, and as a stand alone song, its fantastic without context.
He wasn't a joke character, you wouldn't have known that he was a fake before hearing this this theme. That would be like if omegas theme was zeros theme from x1
I really liked this version. It’s super different with the music territory esp if one prefers the more traditional style. I can see why some really like it while others don’t.
man idk weather to dance or to kick some ass man this PSX Version of the Doctor Doppler stages are all the More Awesome and i have played the MMX Collection on playstation two
This version is way too happy... It is supposed to represent the climax of the game, the final lair, final bosses... It doesn't sound right a song with this vibe.
I disagree. MM2 wily stage was the most pumped up song of the entire game. I think you as the player as X, you are in the castle and you're happy to be there to put an end to this. I think the tempo of the song is just fine.
Holy bacon, this song was absolutely *_BUTCHERED._* The SNES version was epic, heart-pounding rock music, but this... It sounds like freaking tropical party music! This doesn't belong in a final stage, damn it!
As a profesional musician and producer, I cannot pin the reason why people like the snes version of the X3 ost other than pure nostalgia. I like it, sure. Still I think the psx version of the soundtrack is sooooo much better produced and much more dynamic. Still, nothing against the snes version and its fans...
muhammed sabally No, this song is elevator music. Dr Doppler is not your friend who you are visiting. Try doing the climbing section in the second stage of his lair. Elevator music belongs in the elevator XD
muhammed sabally That section its ok to play the elevator music on then XD And yes I knew about it. Ok but the rest of the stage doesn't need elevator music.
This is a horrible remix of an amazing track. There is just no justified reason for this to exist. I swear they should have not touched the SNES soundtrack at ALL ! Well maybe toxic seahorse, that remix is KINDA ok.
