Why do people hate X5 and X6 so much? I think that hate is undeserved. X5 and X6 are my favorite games of the entire megaman franchise

@@ElAbismo X6 gets hate because it was a continuation where x5 had basically wrapped the story, Not to mention pretty bad level design. That being said any hate this game gets is going to be due to RNG and the pacing is terrible, X games by this point were all about going fast as possible. X5 loves to interrupt like every 5 mins when alia chimes in to say something coming up. Personally i only hate this game in the X line up(7 i just straight ignore, it is flat out worse then this game, but that doesn't excuse any problems this game has.) X6 at least you can combat the level design by playing as zero, seeing as how that's his most broken iteration hands down, but in this game nothing bypasses the pacing and rng.

I actually loved X6 more than X5, the game engine in X6 is more polished. I agree with the level design being weird in X6, but it definitely is something I liked because X5 was way too easy.

@@razi_man Totally Agree. I was playing X6 today and I enjoyed it and I still think it's a good game( although gate's lab and Blaze Heatnix level can go jump off a bridge). I think X5 is good( though it has a lot of Rng, Randomness with the shuttle and enigma, and some levels I can't stand some levels like Duff Mcwhalen, Volt Kraken.)

Well my guess is that Dr.Light while making X he was also working on the Armour for X to use in the process of X's Development. But Zero is a completely different matter and as far as we know Wily didn't make any sort of special Upgrades for Zero, unless you count his Cut "Mega Armour" from X4 that's it.

​@@jjwilliams410 TL:DR look up "who exactly is zero" by reploid revo.(they go into every detail we know) i think one of the classic mega mans foreshadowed zero (silhouette of him and wily talks about him) but just like in X's case he was sealed away in a kind of capsule. in zero's case he was uncontrollable and has to be put into stasis, it was also to give time to the brainwashing program in his helmet to make him into what wily wanted, but he was found and the events that are told in X4 happen (sigma saying zero was maverick and sigma beat him when sigma was still good). the W that shows up is that reprogram software going into effect. X was active before dr light put him into the capsule but was still new and the capsule was meant to test X systems to make sure he was going to obey the 3 laws of robotics.(source: day of sigma ova) though both of them stayed sealed way longer then they should have, which made X the way he is. wily wasnt very good at making robots as dr light one reason why he hated light so even his program to help control zero and change his behavior didnt work. sigma punching zero when the program was active was like turning the power off while saving in a way so its how we got the zero we have now. dr cain found X and used him as a base to make reploids the name gives it away replication+android, X and zero call themselves reploids just for simplicity and not wanting to stick out X would have been viewed as like a founder reploid and zero isnt even based on X at all he is his own thing all together. really they didnt want that kind of attention. though some games make a point to show some reploids know X and zero are special and are much older then any other reploid currently around
