Wonderful compilation to recreate sweet moments already lived. My two favorite sisters, how harmonized are your voices and the feelings they express and how difficult it is to stay physically close! I wish you would always create together... only someone who hates you, disguised as something nice, might prefer to see you distanced from each other. Thanks for all the musical gems you have already shared.
My 4 year old girl loves your Dark Horse cover. We must've heard it at least 50 times! It is such a pleasure to listen to your voices in a quality headset!
Thank you so much for lots of warm sun beams and sound emotions all over the years. For me, you and your companions are doing a very great job. Nice to follow the next 10 years. ;-) Greetings from Berlin/Germany
I hope you guys keep making music, especially Jaclyn as well! For some reason, she never got the same attention as you, but I really love her voice and how she is in general!
Are you guys into Everything But the Girl at all? They have a great album called simply Acoustic... that is really really great. It's a mix of acoustic versions of their own songs... and some songs they love from other artists. They really know how to use white space well. Sometimes some of your covers seem a bit rushed and frenetic... with the guitar(s) a bit too hot in the mix. (But you're probably not recording in fancy studio with $1,000,000 worth of equipment and fancy producer either. :) You might want to check their work out and just listen to how they pace and re-arrange some of these covers... really bringing something fresh and original to them. (Their version of Allison by Elvis Costello is mind blowing--and arguably better than the original.) I'd love to hear your interpretation of some of those tracks... like Tougher Than the Rest... and Apron Strings... Allison... maybe you could pick a few and do a EBTG mash up! :) ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-q-QI8OFhDqw.html
Dark Horse was the first video I saw and I have been hooked ever since . I mentioned before James Taylor. But Elton John and/or some Neil Diamond also. I say those cause I've seen you do amazing work twisting songs to your style, and those artist's songs with your twist would come out as good if not better than the original. Just my random thoughts when I see your video's And I didnt even touch the one everyone loves (Journey) oops said it anyway. lol You and your sister doing Journey with the harmony you two share?.. Chills
