In Part 7, you get to join me on the land at last and finally see some penguins! It was our first excursion and I was so excited to finally see the wildlife up close. These were gentoo penguins and they were roosting on their rock nests at this time. I was just a bit too early for the hatching, unfortunately.
I've been an avid traveler for years, but I tried a lot of new things with this trip! It was my first vacation as a solo traveler, my first time vlogging a trip, and my first time on two continents: South America and Antarctica.
