Megatherm is thrilled to announce the successful commissioning of a Gen-3 45-ton ladle refining furnace equipped conducting arm electrode as well as PLC-based electrode regulation.
The conducting arm electrode ensures lower impedance, improved power factor and reduced losses, while the PLC based regulation system enables effortless programming of control parameters, simplified diagnostics, and remote access for optimal control and monitoring of the furnace operations.
