Unfortunately, Gwyneth Paltrow’s Goop, is laying off 18% of their workforce. She has an established brand. I can’t imagine how difficult it must be to launch a lifestyle brand in today’s uncertain financial climate. MM certainly has a deaf ear when it comes to a lot of things.

It appears many "local" authors were invited to the bookstore by the owners. Notice no pictures WITH Oprah. She was just another "author" in a group of real authors. Although she thought she was the focus of the event, she wasn't.
