Love this review, Sean! Yeah, Megan lost with the whisper part but Nicki’s last flow switch made up for it. That’s my favorite part: “Boom, I turn every head when I walk in the room, pretty in real life, hit my pics with the zoom, a 10 when they rate her like tomb [referencing tomb-raider], elevator to the penthouse, we ain’t stopping anytime soon!” Whew! So a connection the both of these artists have that is not mentioned too often is actually Trinidad and Tobago as we know Nicki Minaj is from Trinidad and Tobago and Megan got into music because of her nanny who is also from Trinidad and Tobago and her stepfather. Megan has long shown love to our country and our culture on multiple occasions so it was really nice to see these two artist collaborate ❤❤❤

@@zainabbakre4472 some trinis like are just haters 🤣🤣🤣 but to be serious for a second, when she was on American Idol, she had made a statement about Trinidad and Tobago & the dominance of HIV that was broadcast here on the national news out of context. They made it seem honestly as though she were going around giving incorrect information about the country in the form of fact. The correction was only printed in the newspaper somewhere in the middle days after, so basically if you weren't a Nicki Minaj fan and you weren't following her journey you would not know that the news had erred that segment out-of-context so unfortunately there are still a lot of trinidadians that think she had said those things in a negative way. Also the LGBTQIA isn't accepted or even legal here, her fanbase has alot of members, not all of Trinidad is modern when it comes to acceptance unfortunately 😅 Makes me sad to have to say these things about my country but I want to give you an honest reply.
