Mego doesn't own the Micronauts and those particular characters are Marvel's property (even though Bug is a bit complicated because of hvaving been called Galactic Warrior by Marvel originally)

@@brunobillion3435 I know. But Mego doesn't own any of the figures they gain licences for. Would still be a cool retro nod and triple pack. They could adapt the Invisible Man figure to create a clear Time Traveller. Be cool if Mego created a new range with original figures too.

@@smithdream Even if they were getting the Micronauts license from Hasbro, they would also need the Marvel license for the three Marvel-owned characters.

We don't know that. DST did some a few years ago after all. The Marvel license is probably available, but only under certain conditions and restrictions, similar to the $80 DST sets, but I can see how anyone would be hesitant taking on the license

Hi Yoana, thanks for your comment, great to hear from you! We really slowed down the livestreams as there didn't seem much demand for them but if there's interest in seeing them return, as there seems to be, we may just start doing them again.

Will Mego possibly create a new 12inch Mego Farrah Fawcett doll like the 1977 one. They made an 8inch one about 5 years ago but it would be nice to see a larger taller one again. Since the original 1977 Mego Farrah's had problems with the Mego melting joints on the body problem but the doll heads lasted for many years.

I don't think they do the 12" scale figures anymore. 8" or 14" only. To do 12" again, they'd have to create new Male and Female bodies, so it would be quite an investment. I think it's more probable that they stick to 14" and 8"

@@brunobillion3435 Yes, You are probably right but it takes more Plasitic and vinyl to make a 14" figure than it does a 12" but that's just the way that Mego does things. Their newer Facts Of Life TV series 8" dolls don't make much sense though since the series has not been on since the '80's but I do like some of their other old tv show newer figures though. Besides the old Mego Farrah dolls had many problems with Mego melting at the arm and leg joints and other things. The old dolls and figures years ago were meant to be played with as toys but Mego's new figures and dolls are more meant for adult collectors now. Mego just figures that if people want to collect their older products they can just buy them off EBay instead of making too many that they already made in the past.

@@Ken-vk8pb Facts of Life was a request from Target. They dropped it as soon as they weren't in their exclusive deal with them anymore. Their releases also depend on the licences they could get. For example, their Charlie's Angels figures couldn't the likeness of any of the actresses (I suppose that's why they released the 8" Farrah separately and not as an Angel). They're rereleasing quite a few of their old DC superhero figures for the 50th anniversary of the WGSH line. They do look fab.

@@brunobillion3435 Yea, The DC Super Hero's would be great. Mego made some newer versions of their older Star Trek 8" figures and the Planet Of The Apes figures and they look similar to the original 1974 figures and they even released new ones of characters that were never previously released. So Mego does put out some great figure lines but I can't always find them in store at Target or Wal-Mart so some you have to order.

Sadly Megos are so poorly made they come apart & break in your hands when you pose them as the plastic is so cheap and joints so poorly attached and affixed to cheap plastic housings that its really is a shame on the company they cannot make them sturdier ... Reply

Can't say that I've had any issue whatsoever with any of the Mego figures released over the past few years. The new bandless bodies take some getting used to and I've seen a few people forcing too much on the elbow and knee articulation. The problem is, they are double articulations and if they're not correctly aligned, they break when forced. I always check articulations before I pose my figures
