I watched 30sec and I was sold. Bought some today and it cleaned my tires so well they look fresh off the rack after two treatments. Unfortunately took thw entire bottle. Thanks for the insight, . Forget the haters, theres no proper way to do it but with the instructions on the bottle!! Great video!! Thank you!!
All your advice and the videos instruction are all good. I even take it all a few steps further. I wear gloves whenever I work with chemicals. I jack up the car and take the wheel off and spray the wheel inside, outside, up, down, front and back, and scrub it all , including where the lug nuts sit. Rinse and repeat as needed. Next I use bug and tar remover along with a plastic scraper for the more difficult pieces of tar. Get it all clean and dry and then apply Jet Seal from Chemical guys. Applying Jet Seal makes it so much easier the next time I clean my wheels. I do this procedure once a year.
maybe a few tips, when cleaning the tires: when you do the first clean and the foam is brown after it rinse and repeat till the foam is white this is an indicator that the tire is properly cleaned for when you choose to apply a tire dressing, for the alloy: the wheel woolies you got work amazing for when you have none to little brake dust on the inner barrel, if there is a lot you cant get rid of try using a EZ detail brush they are a on the more expensive side but def worth it, now for the face of the wheel try using a wheel brush or an old wash mitt, and you should use a detail brush for the lug nuts :-). i dont know if you're into this kind of cleaning/deatailing your car but a few tips never hurt ;-)

Thanks for the tire cleaning tips! I just got one and will try today or tomorrow for the first time. My brand new tires turned brown after driving in the rain. I think the tire dressing applied before the rain attracted all the dirt and grimes from the road. I used can spray type of 'armour all foam tire dressing and cleaning'. I think this is oil based dressing and possibly lasts long in dry weather condition, but NOT in the rainy season? I'm a newbie in car wash so i might be wrong 😉
This stuff works Amazingly, I tried to clean my rims with Dawn dish soap and water it barely did anything. This stuff got my rums looking perfect in a Matter of minutes, day and night difference. And only Luke $6 a bottle
probably both. mostly dirt on the tires. brake dust will be on the metal parts inside the tire in my experience. Certain cars have removable plastic caps and those usually get really dirty if you don't clean behind them.
I have a 360 days car that stays outside so I wax and ceramic and more and when it rains it’s like all that go away and I’m sick of my car coming back to me with salt water spots all over my car doors and more and to have a black car makes me look like I’m not doing both to my car I wan use last coating but I know that is trashy I try it all as a test and they all comes back with my car looking like I was in a big bag of salt waters doing donuts 🍩 in it smdh how can we fix that one
bought for my car but used first on my dirt bike wheels: the product ruined them....always looking dirt, with dirt stains. Eventually I had to use abrasive paste to repair the damage... So be careful when using this product. I haven't used it on car wheels yet since I lost confidence with it...
actully very bad for the rubber in the tires ,,The browning is UV protection from the tires rubber itself.. Never use this type of wheel cleaner.. Will also destroy your wheels finish overtime...
I am using a Turtle Wax Wheel & Tire Cleaner. I sprayed my tire with water, then put the wheel and tire cleaner, then I cleaned the rims and then the tire with soap and a brush. Then I rinsed off everything, I did it with all 4 tires. I dried the rest of the car and went inside. I came back outside after about an hour, only to see that the tire still had brown stuff on it. OMFG I WAS SO DAMN PISSED, this has happened ever since I started using a Wheel & Tire Cleaner, which was the last 7 times I washed the car. Can someone please explain to me why this is happening and how to fix it.
@@beaurichardson6496 Don't worry, I figured out the problem. I am supposed to do it until it stops turning brown, I do the whole process once, then spray the tires a 2nd time and they don't turn brown.
its called tire blooming. it happens cause of the chemicals the tire manufactures put in the tires to prolong life and reduce dry rot and cracking. The downside is it causes the tires to turn brown over time which is why you need to clean them. There is really no preventing it all you can do is clean the tires frequently and use tire shine to cover them.
Next time you review a product you may want to read the manufacturer's instructions first before trying to help people. You are supposed to rinse the tire and wheel with water first before application of product.
It would have been more helpful to do one tire/wheel without brushing for comparison and then let the tires dry to show the actual affect. For all we know, the water/soap could have done just as well by itself.
