Megumi Fushiguro Is HEAVILY Misunderstood... 

The reaction to Megumi is just the result of agenda Kaisen and the "potential man" memes. The hype he had during the CG was crazy, amazing how people can switch up

The sight of Megumi crawling on the ground gave Yuji Shibuya flashbacks. Sukuna used Megumi's hands to kill Gojo and Tsumiki. If anything were to happen to Yuji than he is gone for good.

Yuji was entrusted to keep moving regardless of what happens next. Later Megumi reframes Yuji’s pain again. “It’s our fault” meant that no matter what Yuji thought or felt he wouldn’t suffer alone. It would always be Yuji AND Megumi’s burden to shoulder whether Yuji liked it or not. Those words likely saved Yuji just as much as Todo’s speech. And telling Yuji to save him meant his life had a clear purpose and drive once more. Megumi wasn’t so ‘lucky’. He got no last words with Tsumiki or Gojo. He wasn’t entrusted with anything. The only thing he has to show for all of his agony is the loss of the person he had always lived for. Seeing as Yuji is still pretty self loathing, going by his convo with Higgy, I don’t know what exactly he could tell Megumi, but I know it’s gonna be generational and I’m probably gonna cry when it happens 😅 There’s just so much that could be done with how their stories so perfectly parallel each other. I also wonder if Shoko will play a part at all. Since Gege has been holding off the whole Toji dad reveal for a long time. And that role has been passed to Shoko now.

Megumi definitely has it worse. When everything ends (assuming favorably) Yuji will have friends and family members waiting for him. Megumi has nothing waiting for him.

no words , megumi is the unluckiest jujutsu kaisen character and as a megumi fan im very shatterd by the fact that he is being tourtured to this extent In his life from the moment he was born😭😔megumi needs someone like todo to help him, just like how todo helped yuji after mahito shatterd yujis soul

If yuta dies it's on megumi 100% but honestly I did kinda see megumi being depressed coming if he wasn't in a vegetable state from unlimited void seeing that he pretty much lost everything.
