Megumin just makes life better for everyone. Between her explosiveness, love, chunibyo, and other delusions, she's by far one of the most memorable characters in anime who will have a special place in the hearts of fans for many years to come. I just hope the new movie and season don't stay stuck in development hell, I need more Konosuba to brighten up my miserable life!

I did read a spinoff of her where she obviously has feelings for Kazuma like when they were both alone in the mansion as she was immobilized after using Explosion or to mistaken Kazuma for a dream as he did for her while they were bathing with each other and had him wash her. That part was that she saw Kazuma's succubus contract thinking that it was something else to have happy dreams. It was tough for Kazuma because he realized it wasn't a dream and had to keep up the charade to not get blown up for it. The movie showed Megumin being so bold when she was in bed with Kazuma. You would wonder if she really is a child with how steamy and romantic feeling the two were giving off.

"Chunchunmaru " when broken apart. "ChunChun" meaning to feel the need to end all suffering in the world. (Also to be talkative and charming and stuff.) Maru meaning a variety of things like pills, circle, and to purify...(might be wrong about the last part.) But at the end of day the sword does have an interesting name.

Hey, you forgot something about Megumin's obsession with Explosion! The reason she got interested in Explosion magic in the first place is because she was saved by a wandering Arch Wizard. That Arch Wizard used Explosion magic, and happened to have enormous boobs. Long story short, she got into Explosion magic, believing it'll make her grow big badongas.

fun fact: the guy that created The Destroyer created Crimson Demon clan and since Aqua gave that guy his powers Aqua is directly responsible for chain of events that led to Megumin meeting the party btw this is mentioned in Konosuba movie (at least the way I understand it)

If you read the light novels, you discover that the Crimson Demons are all chuunibyo because they were gathered and influenced by another human from Kazama's world who was, you guessed it, a god-tier weeb.

Crimson demons are not human, they were created using some human parts though. They were engineered by an isekaid person. It is debatable whether they really are just regular humans and that the only difference is their red eyes and hair. Their infamy and magical prowess could just be due to the way they're trained to use magic and their chuuni tendencies. Wolbach was actually released mainly by Komeko, Komeko is the true final boss. Kazuma's best sword was named Excalibur by Megumin.

They aren't synthetic beings like the robots... they were all humans, that got augmented by that dude. He didn't make them chunis either... they were already like that, it is why they got picked to be augmented though. That guys power wasn't just to make things but also to modify things in any way he could imagine... and so he did.

@@lysoutrighter8260 Idk if the wiki is wrong or not. But the wiki seems to point out Wolbach & Wiz, cause they're able to use explosion & teleport. Wolbach is a goddess, but idk about how her mana compared to Megumin. Wiz was able to use other magic. But seems like liches have more mana, just like how Duke was able to refill his mana after becoming a lich

@@LauderIX Your mana naturally increases when you level up until you reach your limit that's determined by your innate talent just like all of Aqua's stats are already at their peak and her INT will not grow no matter how much she levels up, there's no such things as spending skill points to increase one's mana the wiki has some things right and some things wrong. For Wiz and Wolbach, both have a lot more mana and strong magic power than Megumin, Megumin is a Crimson Demon but is still human, Wiz is the King of Undead and Wolbach is even more powerful being a literal God, even if she has only half her power. .

The one thing that steals my sleep, is all the possible outcomes to which way Konosuba's story is heading. 1) we know that Kazuma died at the begining; what about his 'body'? Will there ever come a time we get to see what happened and how his parents reacted etc. and will Kazuma ever think of that?? I don't think Aqua was being serious when explaining his death to him and something else happened or was going to.. 2) Its only my imagination but what if Megamin and Kazuma are same people from different universe or something like that? Or what if all 4 are same one? 3) and speaking of that, what if they all are online gamers but from diffrent universe (or whatever) or just normal human beings like Kazuma? Because in the end Konosuba is very much like playing a RPG game with friends; 1 who is total useless or rager and screams all the time, one who is way to into roleplay of his/her charecter, one who loves the pain of hard games or the one who always cracks jokes(speacially sexual)
