In den Mensen des Studierendenwerks Aachen kannst du ab Donnerstag das Mehrwegsystem von Relevo nutzen, um unkompliziert Speisen und Getränke in Mehrweggeschirr mit nach Hause zu nehmen.
▶️ Wie funktioniert das Ausleihen?
Bevor du das Mehrweggeschirr nutzen kannst, musst du dir die Relevo App herunterladen und dich registrieren. Um das Mehrweggeschirr dann zu nutzen, musst du bei der Essensausgabe sagen, dass du dein Essen im Mehrwegbehälter haben willst. Sobald du dein Essen erhalten hast, musst du den QR-Code auf deinem Behälter mit dem Handy einscannen und an der Kasse vorzeigen. Jetzt hast du den Behälter für 14 Tage ausgeliehen. Es kostet nichts, solange du es in dieser Frist zurückbringst.
▶️ Wie funktioniert die Rückgabe?
Vor der Rückgabe musst du das Geschirr nicht reinigen, sondern nur grobe Essensreste entfernen. Für die Rückgabe gibst das Mehrweggeschirr bei der Tablettabgabe zurück und scannst dort einen QR-Code nochmal in der App ein. Leg es einfach auf eines der Tabletts. Das Geschirr wird vor der nächsten Nutzung vom Mensapersonal gereinigt.

Starting Thursday, you can use Relevo's reuse system in the dining halls of Studierendenwerk Aachen to easily take home food and drinks in reusable containers.
▶️ How does the borrowing work?
Before you can make use of this system, you need to download the Relevo app and register. To then use the reusable containers, you will need to tell the food counter that you want your food in the reusable container. Once you've received your food, you'll need to scan the QR code on your container with your phone and show it to the cashier. Now you've borrowed the container for 14 days. It doesn't cost anything as long as you return it within that period.
▶️ How does the return work?
You don't have to clean the dishes before returning them, just remove any rough food residue. For the return, bring the reusable dishware back to the tablet drop-off and scan a QR code there again in the app. Just put the dishes on one of the tablets. The dishes will be cleaned by the dining hall staff before the next use.
