MEI Hydraulic Modded Freight Elevator (Car 16) at Springfield Town Center Mall, Springfield, VA 

This is freight car 16, which is in the center "island", or the internal "L" block, surrounded by mall on all sides (on the upper level). It is accessible by any service corridor entrance in this block. This car is almost in as good shape as car 6. This one does have manual doors. This one is not boarded up and has no rear door.
