AALOO BUKHARE KI CHATNI/ PLUM CHATNI Aaloo Bukhara/ Plums - 200 Gur/ Jaggery - 250 grams Salt - 1/2 tsp Red Chili Powder - 1/2 tsp METHOD Soak Alu Bukhare and Gur (separately) in water for 6 to 8 hours. Mash Alu bukhara thoroughly so pulp and seeds get separated. Strain Alu bukhara pulp and Gur Sheera in a strainer/channi. Add salt and red chili powder to the mixture. Cook on low flame until you get the desired consistency.
