Getting to Manhattan from the Bayonne cruise port is also really easy and inexpensive. We took an Uber from the Port of Bayonne to the 34th Street Light Rail Station. From there we took the light rail in the direction of Hoboken to the Exchange Place stop. At Exchange Place, change to the Path red or green line to the World Trade Center.
