@@matej9368he said ex smoker but smokers tend to smoke as grew addicted to smoking cigarettes or whatever they smoke. I smoked cigarettes starting when was 18 years old and smoked for about 5 years before quit basically cold turkey as wanted to take care of my health and glad I don’t smoke with being married with 3 kids I want to be around my family. I had family members who smoked cigarettes heavily for years and died from smoking related illnesses including my Great Grandpa who died of emphysema in 1986 after smoking 3-4 packs a day along with drinking alcohol heavily and a Aunt from cancer, my Grandpa was told if would have died had me kept smoking and that 30 plus years ago and is still alive today at 90 years old after smoking 2-3 packs a day for over 40 years.
