Wow, what a state of the art factory, making stunning home furnitures, using melamine and laminated wood to create stunning looking pieces for flat pack furniture.
The engineer in me is amazed at the scale and function of factories like this. The woodworker in me however, laments the decline of hand-made craftsmanship these days. Many thanks from Sydney - Dave

Cant imagine the maintenance nightmare of this much automation. Rollers, bearings, guides, solinoids, sensors, units, scrapers, trimmers, cutters, tool trays, ect.... must have quite an experienced and large maintenance dept.
The maintenance itself isnt that bad for the likes of the rollers, solenoids, sensors and scrapers. I worked in this industry for 9 year in the uk and the biggest issue was dust extraction and supervisors running the machines too much in a 24 hour period
@@joatmon_servant unless melamine is secured to the floor AND wall it is very unstable and will not stand up to just daily use for more than a year maybe two. its garbage.
