Seven Lions is honestly one of the greatest producers of all time & only seems to get better & better every time he hops on that stage. The diversity in his music from Trance, Pysch-Trance, & Dubstep... His sets are pure insanity & his energy will forever go unmatched.

Lolll at all the comments, Seven Lions doesn't have to justify shit with what he says on camera, his music speaks for itself. The people who are caught up with what is 'correct' and 'incorrect' are just illustrating the fact that by being so bound to specific ideologies about genre perhaps they're just stifling their own creativity. I have made the same transition. I was into metal with bands like cradle of filth and dimmu borgir until a few years ago I discovered dubstep like subscape and razihel. Now I discovered that some bands are combining both metal and electro type music like the band I see stars.

Isn't it awesome? Everything is just going full circle, atleast for me. I made the same transition only to come back to metal again. Still, I think I've matured enough as a person to just enjoy all music that sounds good, regardless of genre. I believe it's unhealthy to pigeon hole one's self to a specific genre. It only stunts one's growth as a human being. Trance? Metal? Who cares just rock on! Rock on man!

defminerva13 Actually it even is pretty common that musicians come from a lot different music scene than the music they do themselves, but they don't make it as public as Seven Lions does for example. Personally I also produce Liquid Drum and Bass, Liquid Dubstep and Trap myself, and I listen to a lot very different genres like metal or shoegaze or punk etc etc. And I even get a lot of inspiration for my electronic music out of these.

The vibrations of melancholy music and religious chants are very deep. The vibrations of the music are very important to the soul and create a very deep thought, almost like a mix of feelings that I can only describe through colors. Mostly deep purple come to mind. Feminine vocals, dreary mood, smooth transitions, rhythmic beats, and calm frequencies make excellent songs to conjure demons and do witchcraft in. I swear I almost fucking stabbed my neck when I went into a demonic trance a couple days ago LOL.
