It's obvious they weren't that slanted. There is a lift procedure that can be done to lift and pull the upper face so the edges of the eyes are pulled out & upward. It gives that slanted look. Example: Bella Hadid, Supermodel!

Surprised you didn't mention a possibility of a brow / upper face lift. Her lateral brow was lower in the original pictures, and the cat eye effect was less pronounced. She might have had an early endo cheek lift a-la Ramirez + temporal lift, giving her those exaggerated Mongolian eyes.
There was a woman talking about the shape of them eyes, and called it the eyes of a fox, which some models have surgically altered.. The eyes and her glare look more like that of an alien.
Judging from the pictures dating back, she doesn't have that same spark in her eyes (eye surgery or not). Instead she has this stoney stare glare - like only her body is standing there, or something. This is just what I am picking up.
@@calarts2008 I enjoy watching Dr Gary Linkov. He is a plastic surgeon that does comparisons. He is a very sweet person and has a form of alopecia. He talks about it occasionally. I've learned a lot from his channel.
She always looks suspicious or like she's giving someone the stink-eye. The cheek implants are obvious. She has only "aged well" because she's had so much done and injected. "Minor changes" don't make you look like an entirely different person.
It's shocking to see her natural, relaxed and rather wholesome facial appearance at the age of 17, compared to the hard, stony, toughened face she has now. This is not only from the surgery, but from the lifestyle of negativity and hatred that she chose to adopt as part of her relationship with her husband.

Dr. Kopelman, Melania was pregnant with her son Barron between August 2005 and March 2006 - so the fullness in her face during that time was likely due to her pregnancy weight gain.
She wasn’t particularly pretty in that photo of her at 17 years old, in fact she’s just average looking. I wouldn’t have known that was her if you didn’t tell me. Her looks have changed a lot through the years. I don’t understand how her eyes came to be so narrow when they weren’t like this throughout most of her adulthood. Strange
@@vickilawrence7207 they pull the skin towards your ears. There is a show called BOTCHED where two Los Angeles plastic surgeons fix botched boobs, faces. You can Botox the face to hell and then pull and tug it tighter but the hands will always be aging. Can’t fix that.

Even if I had all the money for it, I would not EVER have plastic surgery. I am a 74 year old female and have grown old gracefully. My hair is nearly white and I have a few wrinkles, from laughter mostly. Of course it was wonderful to be young and wrinkle free, but it is not normal to want to be like that again. The sad truth is that people that have plastic surgery, do not look like their younger selves. They look like a freak version of that person they used to be.

She was such a naturally attractive, fresh faced, wholesome looking young woman. With a real smile and eyes that didn’t look narrow, mean and hard. It’s really too bad what plastic surgery (and an unhappy marriage) has done to her. I’m not anti-plastic surgery, but a lot of people go way overboard and wind up looking like wax dolls. The old Melania looked like a happy person who enjoyed life (but then again, she did model, for all I know she was always a misery-guts and just put on that face for the camera) but now she always either looks miserable, or “fake smiling,” or like she just stepped in something, pick one.

Working as a nurse, I've seen many families, generations in the same room. It's beautiful seeing the new baby, the child, the teenager, the adult, the mature and the very old all related beginning to the end, all phases of humankind are beautiful without intervention.

I noticed right away that her filtrum is much "longer" that when she was young. I don't know if that's just a nose job, or some other combined surgery that created that length.
In the picture where you say you can't see any crows feet, which is indicative of, per, Botox...I can literally see crows feet. It's hard to differentiate them from the false eyelashes, but when you look very closely, those are wrinkles just past the edge of her eye, not false eyelashes.

I wouldn’t even have recognized her if I knew her when she was young and didn’t see her 20 or 30 years later. What you call minor interventions are actually major when it results in a person looking unrecognizable. And I personally do not find someone as stonefaced as she is attractive.

I am happy that an already beautiful woman, if she had something done, at least she did it in an intelligent manner, not like most famous people that look absolutely ridiculous. I’m sorry, but Melania Trump does not look like a normal person. She has not followed the same cosmetic enhancement trajectory of many in Hollywood, but that hasn’t resulted in anything remotely close to a natural appearance. That upward lateral tilt of her eyes - combined with how much narrower her eyes are (as seen in the picture from her youth) demonstrates how very odd she now appears. Her nose is now too short and narrow for her face, her nostrils are too flared, and overall she now has the look of a bald eagle.
She’s up herself, - Lettizia - and shows it, always !! people hate her for that, especially when she’s using obvious diminishing behaviour towards her aging mother in law … and she’s doing in public !! Yes, she has had some great work done, I wish I could afford to have the same work done. She has enhanced her original natural beauty :) I've noticed on many beautiful women who have had work done that they lose the natural look around the eyes, not sure if the fillers puff up and change the eye shape or what it is. Melania's work that she has had done was done very well, except for her eyes getting smaller, but she's really had great work done and looks fantastic :)

It is never discussed, but as a newly wed couple eager to demonstrate their own growing star power, they appeared on the Larry King Show (a must do for WHO's WHO of fame and fortune). Their main giggly antidote (another "must do" for these kind of shows) was to make it clear that they were close friends with Michael Jackson. They proudly talked about hanging out with him at their home. They were so desperate to demonstrate they were on that level of celebrity that they gleeful told a story of how Melania and Jackson agreed to prank Trump. They would pretend to be on the couch kissing as Trump walked into the room. Of course, Jackson is the king of plastic surgery, but to them all of that make-up and plastic surgery seemed normal and was never mentioned.
About the eye thing they are talking about. I have this naturally as well so does my son and his father. I have Asian looking eyes. I was born in Scotland. My Husband in Finland. But many people have asked me if I was part Asian. and as far as I know I am not. but the hooded eye is not just Asian it is a thing from people whose ancestry is from a cold area. it helps people look younger for longer in my opinion.
My dad was french and norwegian. His father had it, and so did he. I had it when I was younger. With age it has disappeared. Melania's have become more obvious with age because they were added in her 20's.
Plastic surgery is very mainstream, so no fu**s given here about her choice to do it. I applaud her surgeon for the A+ work. Many celebrities should revisit their chose in their aesthetics care. No offense, Bee did not promote the new songs in person, just the videos. She is such an excellent entertainer, her tour was on point and the designs were off the chain. Changing your appearance and morphing into something else did not help her. Just be yourself.
