Melanie C returns with her new record 'Stages', an album Melanie recorded with long time collaborator Peter-John Vettese. 'Stages' has been inspired by Melanie's love for musical theatre and features a collection of songs that have been important to Melanie at various stages of her life.
Alongside 'I Know Him So Well', the duet with Emma Bunton, 'Stages' features another 11 tracks including Jesus Christ Superstar's 'I Don't Know How To Love Him', 'Both Sides Now', 'Ain't Got No / I Got Life', 'Another Hundred People' and 'Tell Me It's Not True' from Blood Brothers.

Varias veces me invitaron a otras iglesias de religiones diferentes y acudí porque pensaba que Dios está en cualquier parte y que, ir una vez por acompañar a una amiga demostraría mi amistad, llevé mi propia biblia y alguien al parecer se asombró porque se dio cuenta de la diferencia, normalmente no juzgo, pero siento que otras personas suelen emitir comentarios despectivos... Supongo que es falta de conocimiento en algo particular... En varios momentos de mi vida me pasó con cosas que no sabía en absoluto o no había visto nunca antes, pero era como... Y eso, qué es? Por qué pasa esto?

Pienso que tú me acompañaste a hacer ejercicio en espíritu durante un tiempo y sabes algo? Fue difícil pero al final fue hermoso, sentí que fue un logro personal y es algo que pocas veces he conseguido, según yo, pero es bonito saber que pude hacer ejercicio y me llevó 3 meses pasar del pasado de peso, no poder respirar nada, llorar, sentir que me deshacía por dentro hasta que por fin, logré correr distancias cortas, de 0 a 10, poco a poco, fue bonito, me gustaría tener compañía de alguien saludable mentalmente para hacer ejercicio o caminar en el parque... A veces, encontrar personas allí es motivante... Admiro la firmeza de tu cuerpo

Alguna vez has cantado en la iglesia? Siempre tuve esa inquietud desde que era una niña pero me daba pena y crecí con esa pena, pero he visto que muchos artistas han cantado para su iglesia, eso me hace pensar que es algo bueno y que en algún momento yo podría ser parte de algo como eso, aunque no fuera la voz principal, solamente hacerlo como algo que debo hacer y que deba ser una canción que me conecte con mi espiritualidad y me acerque a mi iglesia, no quiero cambiar de religión y siento que siempre me han querido cambiar de religión, incluso han insultado mi creencia religiosa pero me he quedado callada por respeto...

so pleased you got back together,I was unlucky I lost my best friend who I used to sing and dance with she died to cancer, few months after I was diagnosed with Secondary progressive MS .I still miss her lots so much.Have been unlucky so much and nearly joined my best friend in 2010 we had memories forever . Watching this reminds me of me and her only different lifes. What have learnt is do what you can in life everything you can you live once only
