No, this is K-12 1.0. Cry Baby never had any movie planned, Beth Anne was Angelita's original name, and Johnny was originally in the movie.

Fun fact: Beth Anne was the first Angelita that she picked but then Elita took her throne. Fun fact 2: before elita was Angelita, she was the girl from Tag your it where she gave the poison to her, in mad hatter, she also appears as the brown hair girl with black eyes after crybaby drank the drink me thingy. Fun fact 3: When Timothy Accused Melanie of R@pe, Johnny, aka the boy from training wheels was the guy crybaby liked in k-12. But he was not friends with Melanie anymore after hearing Timothy‘s fake accusations. So I think that Brandon or Ben was Johnny‘s replacement.
