Most of them seem to think the gecs are bad ppl for pulling the remix when they found out abt the rape allegations, even though that was mostly their fans pressuring them to pull the remix and they didn’t know the allegations were false until after the remix had already been pulled. They didn’t know about the allegations until the day they were supposed to release the remix so their 2 choices were to pull the remix to avoid the bad pr of working with a potential rapist or release the remix and deal with the fallout of working with someone who (they believed at the time) was a potential rapist.

Honestly this whole situation is mostly the fans fault on both sides. Gecs fans pressuring 100 gecs to get rid of the remix bc of allegations that were debunked years ago and Melanie Martinez fans for harassing 100 gecs after they made the best decision they could on how to deal with the situation given what they knew at the time.
