Oh my gosh my dream plants.

I've owned both a cutting and an established mature Melanochrysum. Correct me if I'm wrong but I think there's no such thing as a "dwarf" Melanochrysum. Compared to established plants, usual cuttings of Melanochrysum sold online has smaller nodes and smaller root systems; thus, the smaller leaves. I've also owned both smaller and thicker Monstera Deliciosa cuttings, as well as an established Monstera, and see the same pattern with it 😊
