Sorry to disagree, but there's a HUGE difference between "the death of classic journalism" and people being too stupid and or so thoroughly conned that they don't believe in honest reporting anymore. And it's not just the likes of Faux News either, some of the RU-vidrs that found out they can make a ton of money with with pure BS videos with clickbait titles to lure in Democrats with made up stories about Trump. Don't they know that they are feeding the con when they do that? Not to mention, it seems they don't know Trump all that well, too. He makes up is own nonsense, and they could get the truth about Trump dozens of times a day from respected news sources. It needs to be said that Stone was wearing a wireless microphone for all of this dialogue. Anyone who has ever been in the public eye knows they have been mic’ed up and knows that until that mic has been removed by a technician, every sound they make is monitored and recorded. Stone knows this. Knows. Not wonders. This is not a secret recording. You can hear him considering his words carefully, even during the seemingly candid moments.

Stone's not indicted. However, he should be subpoenad with his phone records seized by the court(s). Who ever he was speaking to when he said he wanted to skip to the violence can provide key testimony under oath, and more dots can be connected.

Any pardons issued by an ex-president subsequently convicted of a federal crime should be revoked until investigated, reviewed and validated by the current POTUS. Any pardons not validated under this process, then the original conviction should stand.
