I’m going on the Wonder in Brisbane very soon. And I agree Aussies should not be expected to tip on Cruises in Australia. The cruise is expensive enough. Disney should just pay their employees well like we do in Australia so they do not have to rely on tipping. I will be writing that on the survey. That’s just my little gripe but I know everything else is going to be perfect and fun.
I getcha! It was definitely rough on the bank account when everything was in USD + tipping, I’ll say that much 😂 Hopefully if they do well over here they will make an Australian base and then work on making those changes. I hope you have a great cruise!
Ahh thank you so much for watching Melissa! That means so much to me that you enjoyed it. How exciting that your cruise is next week!! 🤩 I hope you have a WONDERFUL-ful time ❤
Hello new subscriber here. I’m from California and came across you while searching Disney cruises. Absolutely loved your series on this cruise! You sis an amazing job. Loved all your dresses! Especially the snow who’re dress ♥️♥️♥️♥️. Can’t wait to see more of your videos!
Oh thank you so much and it’s lovely to have you here! I’m so glad to hear that you enjoyed this series, it means the world ❤ I hope you have a great day 🥰
We booked Palo when our booking window opened (which was 75 days prior to your cruise as a first time cruiser), bookings went so quickly though, so would highly recommend jumping on as soon as your window opens. Sometimes there is a possibility of a cancellation while onboard but we didn't want to risk it. Will definitely cruise again in the future, maybe if we get a different ship here in Australia in the next few years 🥰
@@katmeetsmagic okay so by onboard booking I meant did you book a placeholder cruise while on. I wasn’t talking about Palo, but yeah it does sell quickly brunch faster. As a Pearl member with 31 cruises and cruises 32 and 33 booked, I can book tastings like Palo Dinner, Palo Brunch, mixology, martini etc 123 days in advance. Yeah I don’t think they will get a different ship in Australia for a while, best bet if want different ship is head to USA or Europe
@@marla07860 ahh gotcha! I haven’t booked anything yet just as I have a few things in the next 12 months that I have to work around but will look into the 2024-25 sailing schedule at some stage. Wow that is impressive! So cool you have been on that many cruises
