Are you referring to the clip at 4:58 where the rider gets to the front? As he was displaying a P plate I didn't think P platers could do that

@@robertnicol1077 Yes, referring to that clip. Its called lane filtering. Illegal for L plate riders not P plate riders. The most common accident where riders are injured is where a car rear ends a bike they didn't realise was there. Lane filtering allows bikes to move to the front and accelerate away from traffic. Lane filtering rules are published on the Vic Roads website

It is now illegal in Victoria to make U Turns at traffic lights, unless sign posted that it is permitted. This law has been in effect for almost 10 years now.

@@Ausmerica I didn't know the law had changed. I'll be sure to not to do a uey at traffic lights next time I'm in Vic

@@ClayBlackcx You want to check out other Road rules that were different in Victoria to the rest of the country too, as many have changed so there is 1 standard road rules throughout the country. Many of the road rules in regarding trams like in the City, haven't changed. I travel to Victoria and Melbourne very frequently for work.
