Still called the HCMT ;) Why do you suggest the Clapps?

@@HMTMelbournePTGal I just think that 'HCMT' doesn't have a good ring to it and sounds too bland. I suggest Clapp because of the VR Chairmen of Commissioners' (Francis and Harold) historic importance; a bit like the Tait units named from Sir Thomas, or the Harris sets from Norman. But I suppose by that logic, we could call the HCMT's, Allan's...!
