Melbourne shuffle is just a name the australians gave it becouse they did not know where it came from i think. botth music and dances like the shuffle Jumpstyle/hardstyle was developed in the 90's in Netherlands... The first time the dance was recorded was actually in the US i beleive it was used by Jazz or Motown blues artist. not exactly the same but it was pretty close. Greetings from the Netherlands, very nice to see how every country developed their own style.
