The stadium holds 100000 spectators. You can't fill up such a huge stadium unless ofcourse India and Pakistan are playing. Organise a boxing day test between India and Australia, stands would be half full right through the test match. Had Melbourne Stars not lost to Renegades and Adelaide Strikers not won their game, this match could have been a sellout.

He played nice in last india t20 tour too, deserves more chances.

One or two matches dropped by Melbourne Stars which they should have won made their qualification journey tough. For e.g. on paper Stars should have defeated Renegades at Marvel but cricket is not played on paper. They failed to adjust to conditions at one or two venues.

Left arm spinner and all rounded left-handed batter that gets into the international side is more than handy. Wasim is very good, just had 2 bad games, before this in BBL was doing amazing. Australia have a shortage of international level spinners anyway, and both those players have experience in other t20 leagues.
