This video is so well structured. You put in a clear and smoothing way all the moments they shared. They are truly connected. One by one. The transition of both of them turning away from the other was !!!! just incredibly great, it made me feel things :( How they really deserved anything and more but they were given the exact opposite. There would be a lot to say, Claire has suffered her whole life and has felt too little happiness, she didn't have anyone she could rely on and she was gifted with Neil, who listened to her and tried to be her support. I hate this!

this is what sucks, in my opinion he didn’t have too much time to develop and he could have had an AMAZING relationship with Claire, i honestly couldn’t imagine a real life scenario where any of this would be okay and it broke my heart to watch this scene over and over and over again. i really hope they re write it, the actor even said he felt like he was saying good bye for real and it’s when you realize that this character had such a big toll. I couldn't watch melendaire videos after Claire lost Neil 💔 since we are in season 4 I've started watching videos of them, I'm finally okay with watching them again, it still hurts but this was truly beautiful 💖
Beautiful especially with Mendez death him and Claire had so much potential this music though there love story was short doesn't make it any less epic...
I don't know the couple, but as usual, I'm blown away by the way you tell a story with this video. Everything just flows and it's connected and it's really making me want to sit down and watch the show to see their journey. And given how it ended, it truly is a definition of wasted potential. This also *looks* so gorgeous - the effects, coloring, gradients, all black overlays (except for the *yellow* swipe), all together creating such an aestetically pleasing video. ♥
What pisses me off is that David Shore got Melendaire fan's hopes up all season long making everyone think he was putting Claire and Melendez together just to kill him off makes NO sense to me at all. If he had NO intention in making them a fuckin couple and his whole plan was to just kill Nicholas's character off than he should've kept his and Claire's relationship completely on a platonic level and not even went down that road! And I recently read a bullshit article which by the way I know Limlendez fans were behind this article was them questioning rather or not Melendez was really in love with Claire all because Melendez made the comment to Lim that he could spend a life time drinking whiskey with her I'm sorry but that doesn't classify or hint that he still had feelings for Lim and Limlendez fans must really NOT pay attention very well because Melendez stated to Shaun in another episode that he was completely over Audrey and Jessica so where they came up with this ridiculous concept of him still being "In Love" with Lim from that one statement is beyond me. Plus if he were ever "In Love" with Lim which by the way he NEVER was he had every opportunity to tell Lim he loved her and didn't instead decided to say I love you to Claire. And Limlendez's fans other stupid ass assumption has to why they think Melendez wasn't in love with Claire is because when she was in his room and went to tell him something he cuts her off and says don't! we all know the reason he really did that was because he wanted her to focus on other patients and not just on him and knew there was still a crisis going on in the hospital and knew they needed all the doctors in the hospital, it ABSOLUTELY had nothing to do with him NOT loving her. And I'm sorry but if Lim was really in love with Melendez she had every opportunity to tell him she loved him when they were alone but never did unlike Claire who didn't even hesitate and just blurted out I love you to Melendez she wasn't even sure if Melendez felt the same way or not but went ahead and took her chance anyways because she wanted him to know. And the whole bullshit statement he only told Claire he loved her because he was on his death bed that was a bunch of bullshit because if he honestly had no romantic feelings for Claire than he just wouldn't of even responded when she told him she loved him instead decided to say I love you to. We all know the only reason Limlendez fan's are making these stupid ass assumptions about Melendez NOT really being in love with Claire and saying stupid shit like he only said I love you to her because he was on his death bed because their pissed off that he didn't end up with Lim and they can't stand it that he was in love with Claire and NOT Lim.
I hate the writers...... How can they kill such an important character .... Dr. Melendez was the heart of this show for me !!! At the end the 'GOODBYE CLAIRE' was so heart wrenching !!!
The level of respect for each other trumped those chances. They waited for the right time and they never had any thanks to David Shore and "creativity "
