Melissa Etheridge & k.d. Lang perform during The Beat Goes On Concert Benefitting LIFEbeat at Beacon Theater in New York City, New York, United States, June 24, 1994
The duet with ME and KD Lang is just the sexiest, most beautifully connected pairing to (only one) of my many favorite songs by Melissa Etheridge and/or Kathryn Dawn Lang❤️I LOVE THIS SO MUCH, I always have to remember to breathe after listening and watching this video❤️🌈🥰😘🦋✌️👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏❤️❤️❤️PS, this song still reminds me of a very special person of my past. You know who you are, thank you for helping me be honest with who I am and believe that that is a good thing. I will always love you❤️🦋💜
This woman Melissa is my favorite artist I did not discover her until 2002 but omg she's so talented her spirit lyrics vocals guitar piano etc.... And she beat cancer survived after losing her son I wish she could get some more recognition. Love ya Melissa always... 💜💜❤❤❤💯🔥🔥🔥🌈
What a night that was. Melissa Etheridge should've been inducted into the #RockAndRollHallOfFame by now! She still (25 yrs later) can't help but create amazing lyrics & music. A true R&R icon! I feel privileged to have & continue to ride her wave. #MLERocksOn
ME was #2 on rock charts for weeks but she couldn't top Whitney Houston's song she said so number 2 on the billboards but wth she's got gold n platinum albums, Emmy, Grammy nominated for her 1st album n Grammy next. Wow, eh?
Exactly omg I been saying that I've never got to see her yet in person on my bucket list so bad... One thing I will do before my journey ends ill see MLE ❣
Incredible live performances of these songs! She should be inducted into R&R Hall of Fame for that rendition of "Like The Way I Do" alone! And "You Can Sleep While I Drive" - perfection. Steals my heart.
We need K D Lang And Melissa Ethridge to come to Toronto and help get Better Lesbian bars and sing in them to bring back all the lesbians back to Toronto.
Amazing! I used to have a lot of VHS tapes with old stuff I recorded from MTV. At that time vh1 was not available in my country. Glad people like you contribute so much sharing these rarities. Thank you!
