been an ME fan since her 1st album. found it just after a break up (figures huh?). wore out that record & every one since. knew she was gay instictively, was confirmed the 1st time i saw her in concert (opening up for little feet), when i found myself in a sea of lesbians & gay men singing every word, to every song in unison. felt like i was home. seen her 4 times in concert, was blown away every time. She's very real & special.

I've been a Melissa fan since her first album. My father passed in '94. Had Melissa's CD in the player in my car. This song happened to be queued up when I started the car after he passed. I feel like it was a sign. I'm still talking to my angel.😇

This song helps me heal my still aching wounds from losing my Dad when I was twenty, and then my oldest brother when he was just 35 - they were my very best friends and more. I know we will meet again, but the longing & loss are still there. I will say, I am so profoundly happy that they are no longer suffering...I just miss them so very much💔💔💔
