Very interesting. However, it appears like the injection pressure is flatting (pressure-limited?). Looking carefully at the gate pressure graphs, it appears that the slope of the cavity fill also changes slightly at this same injection point. Is this just part of the Sodick machine control, speed change, or is it pressure limiting the fill? This would be viscosity change during the filling of the part and would seem this is a contributor to the unbalance, though I understand the rheology flip that the Meltflipper geometry is adding does provide better balance. But is this the best balance given this observation? And what is the %balance (using the 5 Step procedure)before and after?
