I have just been doing runs with builds lately for fun since I've beaten the game with all the endings now. I beat the elden beast the same way with that build. MoA is busted for big bosses.
Awesome! I didn't expect MoA to be that good either when I first tried it fully here (used it here and there but never doing something like that) and since you get the spell very late in the game (it's my 1st playthrough ever) I didn't have much time to test it too. After all the tries with usual stuff and dying or running out of fp, melting him this way felt good :V
Meteorite of Astel spell xD with infinite FP tear in wondrous flask 😅 I will make a video about it but meanwhile: 1st Playthrough LVL 180 Vigor 60 Mind 50 Endurance 24 (can go lower a bit) Strength 16 (needed for Darkmoon Greatsword) Dexterity 13 Intelligence 80 Faith 7 Arcane 9 Weapon: Carian Regal Scepter (RH) + Meteorite Staff (LH) Head: Snow Witch Hat Rest: Veteran's Set Great Rune: Radahn's Talismans: Graven-Mass Talisman, Radagon Icon, Godfrey Icon. and for last one Moon of Nokstella or Carian Filigreed Cast or Seluvis talisman (I didn't have it since I didn't go through with his quest to betray Ranni) or a defensive one (like Haligdrake Talisman +2 because Radagon does a lot of Holy damage) Wondrous Flask: Magic-Shrouding Cracked Tear (more magic damage) + Cerulean Hidden Tear (infinite FP for a short time)
