The term "LTI token" just means a cheap standalone ship* that comes with LTI (Life Time Insurance) So of corse for the LTI token the LTI is tied to the ship, that is why you can melt it and buy it back from the buyback without loosing the LTI. You will only loose the LTI if it was added with a CCU** and not via the standalone ship but those upgrades are very rare. 6:43 you get ONE buyback token, only Concierge get two 7:28 it only works with standalone ships If you melt a CCUed ship*** you will loose all upgrades and savings you had on that ship. (all applied CCUs will be removed, the standalone ship will go into your buyback and you receave the spent ammount in storecredits) Keep in mind that there are CCUs with rare items included (fe. the best in show CCUs) and if you melt a ship with such a CCU applied, you will loose this CCU and all rare items that came with it (the CCU will not show up in the buyback). 5:48 it does not matter if you bought it with real money or store credit, you will have everything you have ever meltet in your buyback (exluding CCUs that where applied to a ship you melted) Keep in mind some items can't be bought back from the buyback for more details go to RSI website --> Support and search for "PLEDGE BUY BACK TOOL" * "standalone ship" - a ship with no applied CCUs ** "CCU (Cross Chassis Upgrade)" - upgrades that can be bought to upgrade from one ship to a more expensive one *** "CCUed ship" or "standalone CCUed ship" - a standalone ship that was upgraded to an other ship using one or multible CCU
