I understand that sometimes some OG feels annoyed by Smac line of questioning. Cause it seems common-sense to them. But Smac ask questions for us, who is unaware, to make it crystal clear. Kudos to Smac being a great interviewer. The timeline, Segway, the thoughtfulness of the question, and the structure. A+ production that could rival Vice.

Nailed it..I watch all sorts of podcasts and Smac is top 3 as far as interview skills not only does he ask questions for the listener who might not know but he also doesn’t let the person being interviewed get away with giving an answer that doesn’t make sense very thorough interview style

I can definitely see this being taken to the next level such as Netflix. I also can see Kev Mac and SMac Taking they talent and applying it to....how can I say maybe a different genre or ummm field can you imagine getting stories historical biographical ones on inner city politicians athletes or famous or impactful community activist? That would be dope like a story on vip records or world on wheels or m&Ms soul food. Imagine Kev and SMac doing something on Louisiana Fried Chicken it's history it's impact in the city and culture and just things of that nature.

@@terrence4218 I know for sure, they were at War with the Gladiators in 1963. Gladiators were up an running no later then 1960. Rebel Rouser Area was up and down the Jefferson Corridor. Today's Avenues & Denker Park in the 30s. My guess is they were up and running from 1960-1969. I'll give them that range, but don't quote me, because the majority of these gangs started to play out after the 1965 Riots. Gladiators were up an running as early as 1960. Harlems came to be in 72, so Rebel Rousers was gone and replaced by then. Tookie mentions them briefly in his book as a rival of the 1st Wave of Crips on the Westside. I wonder about that claim cuz Rebel Rousers had to be Grown men by then. But who knows.
