Agreed. Making example demo stuff is super easy. Making real word stuff is never easy, no matter how good the tools are because people and projects are complex.
How can I get notifications that someone wants to sign up for the Membership? Also, is there a way to prevent unwanted users from signing up? Like just anyone off of the internet?
That is a super relevant question. I cannot figure this one out either. I have two user categories with different content but have no way of redirecting them after log-in if not using 3rd party solutions?!

Is it possible to set up a custom third-party payment gateway through webflow to achieve the same result, or not at the moment?
Not possible natively right now. However, you can create free groups and do the stuff manually. Maybe Webflow will add Memberships API, so you can connect it to your payment processor of choice.
You showed the sign up option to permit email marketing. Is there any way to access/filter/export this list of members that accepted the offer? Or is there any way to access a list of member emails?
There are some serious oversights with Webflow Memberships at the moment. We can obviously link User fields to items in the email, so why can't I link these same fields on the User's Account page? Every logged in site I've ever used shows the users name on the page, and we can't even do that...
If I created a course in Articulate360 and upload it to webflow behind a sign up/membership will it save the student's progress of the course and give me tracking insights?
I am a career coach and advisor offering various courses. I want to develop a website where buyers will have course access for 3 months after purchasing my course. It is not a recurring course, once they completed the course, their login accounts will no longer be accessible. I am willing to go with Webflow but don't have any idea which plan will be right for me. Should I go with 74$/month eCommerce plan or should prefer 23$/CMS plan in Webflow?
Can you please do an example with the paywall? I really need help with that. I've already intergraded the memberships and subscriptions to my website, but with the subscription, I don't know where to put the subscription product for my customers to buy it. I sell multiple products on my website so when I added the subscription product it just went to my shop page along with the other products.
@@karansharma6813 yeah. i use firebase for handling user signup and login. And then i use onAuthStateChanged() in custom code-footer code to get the current user detail and put it in profile page that i made in static page.

Memberships is SOOO limited at the moment (yes I know it's beta). Apart from creating hated pages, there's really not much you can do. You can't even use any of the membership account data. Pretty useless for my needs right now. But I don't want to have to subscribe to another external service to use member accounts properly.
You are moving around the screen with the mouse way too fast, and you are clicking here-and-there like crazy. It's VERY difficult to follow. I am myself a course creator and I made a great effort to avoid this for my students. This erratic mouse movement is usually the territory of cheap, free youtube how-to videos. Professional course creators must learn to control how they move around on the screen. I was thinking to signup to Flux Academy, but if this is how you guys teach then I am not so sure anymore. I am sorry for the criticism, but I wrote this to help to improve.
